Remarks :

MSU being a premier institute has never compromised with it's standards. It has always been coming with newer and wider range of professional courses. I have grown in MSU and it has completely transformed me into a better mature person. This has indeed taught me a lot.

Entrance Preview :

No entrance exam as the admission process for the course was based on merit in the board examinations. I opted for the course as I am interested in food technology and it's processing and I am Keen in knowing and educating people regarding food and it's health benefits

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is vast and better than other private or government run institutions. MSU being a premier institute of Gujarat has always maintained it's standards and thus focuses a lot on practical learning.

Internships Opportunities :

We do have to intern with a firm. That helps us to comprehend more and have a better insight in our field. I haven't taken up any internship as of now, but seniors say, it is important and everyone should take this up. One is required to intern for at least a month and receive about 6-7k per month.

Placement Experience :

Well, talking about placements, it would be unfair to say that we have good placements from our department. And moreover, even firms and companies want more professional people and just a college graduate. I would suggest students to pursue masters and then look for better job opportunities.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Our course fees is very affordable. It is 6.5k for girls and 8k for boys. Completing graduation from such a reputed and known institution is a boon.

Faculty :

Our faculty members are highly educated and have an in-depth knowledge in their subjects. Even the lab assistants are very helpful. Teachers, generally make us interact a lot in the classes and thus helps us to comprehend better.

Placement Experience:

Most teachers that teach us right now are a result of campus placements where they took the students and hired them to teach the subjects to newer students. But most seniors I've talked to prefer looking for a job on their own because the placement that my college offers is not the best but it would be a decent start because the average package from the posters I've seen in the campus is around 3-4 lakhs. But to be on the far safer side I don't think you should expect my college to give you a good placement and just look for it on your own

Course Curriculum Overview:

Basically, chemistry have been my favourite subject from a long time so i take it as my main subject in bachelor's. Curriculum somehow failed to prepare us to face real world application and need some improvement in that area. Exams do conduct frequently and timely by authorities and have good level of difficulty.

Course Curriculum Overview:

A minimum of 4 faculties are available for each subject. Faculties are highly qualified with doctorate degrees in their respective fields, and they have long teaching experience. Exams are conducted twice in each semester first internal exam and the second University exam. Internal exams are easy to pass but University exams are quite difficult.
