Likes

They surroundings near they colleges with a nature beauty.
They transport facility available due to the TCS company.

Dislikes

They food provided in the canteen and additional to the MRP.
Benches in the classroom is uneven and broken woods and cramps in the bench.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The student ratio of the IT departments are in high demand and the courses of other department such as mechanical, and civil are low in strength. The head of the department has been requested to do PHD and to get a Dr. Degree

Class Size : 850Course Fees : INR 90000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees depending on the management quota the 60,000 thousand per annum and when you select one course and change the course they are made to increase the fees by an additional 30,000 thousand. They provide minority scholarships and national scholarships.

Campus Life :

The campus in year they are made to organise a symposiums, cultural, ethnic days and various sports activities and on-campus vacations. They do not provide books, they just pass out the notes in a PDF format.

Admission :

Depending upon the 12th mark they give the management quota and via counselling also they keep the same amount. In case you insist or want to change the course from one department to another we need to pay an additional amount.

Average college but a good place to study on your own

Placement Experience:

The campus placements start in the 7th semester. Due to the recession, there is a lot of backlash when it comes to placements. It has been quite poor for the last few years. But it depends on how the student is prepared for the competitive world.

Students who pursuing five and sixth semesters onwards are eligible to attend the placements and internship. Mostly the IT companies are visited frequently and core companies are low. Reality of Veltech

Placement Experience:

Placement is good for the CSE and IT departments. You can't expect placement if you belong to other departments, there is a placement for the other departments but very less. Campus placement starts in 3rd year itself. They have special classes for Aptitude skills and interview preparation GD and necessary preparations for job placement opportunities. 90% of students from CSE and IT get placed. The average package is 7.5 LPA you can expect a minimum of 3.5 LPA. If you are willing to go for higher studies you can contact the international relation office they have good relations with other universities abroad, they have students exchange programs, research scholarships etc if you are not planning to seat in placement. I plan for higher studies and research after my Btech.

Best place ever visited. My Sweet College.

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college is very good and top companies hire students across every branch with a good amount of package. At the end of 3rd year every student is elegible for the placements in college. About 20 to 25 companies visited for campus hiring and approximately 700 offers were given across the college from every branch. 60 percentage of students got placed in the campus hiring program. Highest package is 24 LPA and the aveyis 5LPA. My plan is to get into a good MNC company which is related to Aerospace technology.
