- College provides a good opportunity to explore yourself and yes, also provide good space for sports so that students have fun in your free time.
- Infrastructure of college is average. In WCTM there are lots of computer labs where student improve their skills for better placement and every time at least one faculty are present in lab for students helps
Dislikes
- canteen is not good in WCTM because good food item is not available and also they charge high cost for there not so good food
- Some courses of WCTM is new in which less student are availing and it become less interactive classes because of less student
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have chosen a b.tech course in computer science and design branch because I want to gain more knowledge about technology or on the other hand I belong to the technical background during my diploma course. In WCTM there are 60 students in each class means at a time one faculty for 60 students. Faculty members are well qualified many of the faculty are Ph.D. qualified and each faculty member has great knowledge about their subject even faculties are always ready to help students in their studies and to build good relations with students so that students don't hesitate to ask problems to the teacher. In WCTM, semester-wise exams are conducted exam timing for odd semester exams is conducted in between November to January and even semester exams are conducted from May to July. It is easy to pass if you have just attended regular classes in college and cleared your doubts with the help of the teacher.
Internships Opportunities :
Geetanjali Pvt. Limited is a company that comes to college for the roles of civil engineer and Deloitte comes for different backgrounds like developer, database administrator, and data analytics. For placement, every student needs to read at least 2 projects and have all basic knowledge about their project like how it is built and what is the motto of the project.
Placement Experience :
Students in the 5th semester are eligible for campus placements. There are a lot of companies visiting in college for placement and the college also conducts job fairs for the students in which 50-plus companies come to the college and it is a great opportunity for the student to get placement. There are 4 to 5 lacs average packages and 7-8 lacs highest package in different profiles like developers and data analyst profiles get good packages. A good amount of students get placed every year from the college assume 5 out of every 10 students are placed in the college. After getting the degree I will try to get off campus placement.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
In WCTM fee structure is good you have to pay semester-wise fees or if you want to pay yearly you can also do it, after paying fees you get your fee receipt and yes there are also fee hikes every year fees are higher than last year means if you get admission in 50 thousand and it is same for you throughout course but if next year new student want to take admission in that particular course you see some hike but again you can do negotiation. You can get a scholarship only based on the marks or grades you get in your 12 or diploma course.
Campus Life :
In WCTM annual fest is held which is for 2 days, the first day is for performances which are done by students and the second day is celebrity night in which celebrities come and become part of the fest. Fest is conducted in March month. There are libraries in college in which you get your books related to your course for 7 days. There are lots of books with different authors and it is easy to issue books just need your admission number which you get during the admission period. In every classroom, there are good seating arrangements with digital screens or even black and whiteboards and even all the basic facilities like fans, lights, and A.C. are available in every classroom.
Hostel Facilities :
In the hostel, there are two types of rooms one is with AC facility and another one is without AC and its sharing room means two students in each room. The meal quality of the hostel is also good you get 4-time meals and at night you get one glass of milk there are 4 to 5 items in each meal like for lunch there is rice, dal, roti, and Sab ji with pickles and salad. The registration process is easy you have to just contact the hostel in charge and if the room is available you just need to pay the fees of the hostel and get your room. Yes, there are PG facilities available outside the college within the 5 to 10 km.
Admission :
There is no special eligibility needed for the course you just have to pass your 12 class with good marks with the non-medical stream, you can also get admission after completing your polytechnic diploma degree in the direct 2nd year and if you have good marks in your 12th or even in polytechnic you get scholarship based on your marks. If you want to take admission to WCTM then you have to just go to the college admin cell and contact with receptionist after that he/she will explain the process of admission but there are no online forms available for admission. For admission you must reach the college, the college provides you cab facility to visit to college so that you can easily reach the college without any problem. There are no reservation benefits. You get a scholarship based on your marks that you have achieved in 12 or even in polytechnic college.
