Remarks :

Study and learning is very good. You will get good marks in exam for their continuous efforts. Attendance of 75% is must to write in exam.

Entrance Preview :

I already completed BCA and wanted to move forward with MCA. So I took WBJECA exam and secured Rank 264. Then in counselling I took this college.

Course Curriculum Overview :

This is a technical course. In this college theory and practical have the same priority. Theory classes are 50 minutes/class and practical classes are 150 minutes/class. So practical is mainly focused. Off course coaching about technical field and research workshop held here between semester's gap.

Internships Opportunities :

College provided internships but not frequently. Average amount is Rs.5000-10000/month. I have not experienced any yet. But I received information from my seniors.

Placement Experience :

Placement happens now and then. There is an online portal where all student's details are kept. Companies like TCS, CTS, Capegemini, Amazon, Hitachi, Cognizent, IBM, HP, IBS etc visited often. 60-80% students got placed each year. Average pacage is 5-6 LPA.

College Events :

Events like Saraswati puja, Viswakarma puja, Freshers party, Teachers day are organised here with full efforts. Each year student's fest Arcadia organized. In stead those alumni meets and cultural programs organized here.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fees structures are affordable and low compare to other non govt technical college. In MCA fees is Rs.40000/sem and extra Rs.10000 for training purpose.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I am receiving govt scholarship. There is an email provide to each student. In that mail you will receive all information. Some non government scholarships available. You should know those through email and on board notice only. Yes it helps to get loans.

Campus Life :

Yes inter semester and courses competition held and we can apply our inner talent there.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel is very clean and clear. I am not in hostel but my friend in. So I go there a lot of times. Food is good. Also there are many PGs available near the college. They costs lesser then college hostel. Food is very cheap there. College hostel charges Rs.5000-7000/month. Where PGs charge Rs.3000/month.

Alumni/Alumna :

Alumni meeting held and interaction with us is very good and it's profitable for us. Some alumni contributes for the development also.

Exam Structure :

You have to attend the lab to understand the topics better. So it's mandatory to attend the lab. Two internal exams are taken per semester and then final exam comes. You may be tired on the very last day of the week because the last day contains most number of class. Other days have proper balanced classes. So it's normal.

Faculty :

The faculties are awesome. They are very experienced and knowledgeable. Their technique of teaching helps you to understand the topics clearly and most of your study completed listening their lectures. The best thing is that they all are experienced and not freshers.

Entrance Preview:

I got selected through WB-JECA. As I did BCA, I choose this course because I heard about this college faculty and extra activities. Internship is not from college, you have to apply from outside. Placements of the college is okay. On an average 80% students get placed in good companies on campus. Labs are well equipped

Placement Experience:

Companies do campus in the university. They come for B.Tech engineering students as well for MCA students. Objective test followed by GD and interview. Good companies come here and give chances to students. Still I would say Placements are good even students are bright.

Remarks:

you will get almost all the amenities that are needed in an institute. Multiple computer labs, a huge central library, and facilities for all major sports. The classrooms and libraries are air-conditioned and give a lot of respite during the peak summer days.
