Course Curriculum Overview :
Due to the availability of an ample amount of jobs, I chose ECE as my department. The faculty-to-student ratio is almost 1:50. Almost all the faculties have completed their Doctorate degree from prestigious colleges. After almost everyone and half month exams are conducted they are of medium level.
Placement Experience :
From the 7th semester, students become eligible for placements and at the same time, the companies start to come. Companies like TCS, Cognizant, Wipro, Oracle, Juspay Technologies, etc visit regularly. Almost 95% of students get placed every year. My plan is to get a job through placements after my bachelor's only.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The cost of studying has really gone up in recent years. Education is more of a business now than a thing in which everyone has their rights. Many scholarships like the Vivekananda Scholarship given to needy students do provide some relief.
Campus Life :
The annual tech fest is Innovacion which is conducted in the month of March every year. All the classrooms are well-equipped with a white screen, projector and all. The desk and benches are also clean. Sports events occur almost every month. Both boys and girls can participate in those. There are coding clubs also in our college.
Admission :
A science stream is required for appearing in the exam. The application can be filled out online on the website of WBJEE. Application fees are 500 Rs. I didn't take any reservation benefits. The admission process is all ok. no improvement is required according to me.
Other Applied Colleges
Heritage Institute of Technology - [HIT] | Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Computer Science and Engineering)
