Course Curriculum Overview :
The course is well defined as 12 credits course for one year. The faculty-student ratio is 12: 1. All faculties are highly qualified and have a minimum of 10 years of experience in teaching in IITs or NITs. The exams are conducted timely once a month total of 3 terms are there- first term, mid-term and final term.
Internships Opportunities :
There are various internship opportunities in all the departments of IIT Tirupati- drone internships, workshops on artificial intelligence, 3d printing internship, hydrogen energy internship, and Robotics Internships.
Placement Experience :
For PG/PhD after completing your coursework, you are eligible for placements. For MTech, it's around 40 lakh maximum package till now and a minimum of 18 lakhs in CSE. 80 percent get placed. My plan is to go for a postdoc in foreign.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The college fee is 10000 whereas the hostel fees are 80000 per year and many scholarships are available pmrf, including teaching assistantships, project fund scholarships, daad scholarships, and various state government scholarships.
Campus Life :
The annual fest is always conducted in mo th of March or April named tirutsava. There are more than 1 lakh books available in the library and has access to open journals as well as paid journals. There are various clubs available dance club. yoga club, writing club, sports club, and so on.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel is equipped with 24 hrs wifi plus hot water and electricity. One chair one almirah one bed on the study table one fan and a paid washing machine. In local rents are too high as well is not safe to stay local.
Admission :
A candidate must have BTech from any CFTI institute can apply directly for PhD. or master degree in engineering from any institute with a minimum 8.0 cgpa and a valid gate score . Also, a five-year integrated BS+MS from any CFTI can apply.
Interview Experience :
For gate-qualified candidates direct interview and for non-gate the written exam + interview for Ph.D. admission. The panel generally consist of 3 to 4 professor experienced in the area for which you want to apply for Ph.D.
