Course Curriculum Overview :
Term exams were extremely timely. There were regular examinations conducted with prior notice before the term began so that students had a fair idea about the course curriculum and weightage. Exams were on a moderate difficulty level.
Internships Opportunities :
Various major institutions in the consulting, healthcare, FMCG, and banking, and bfsi domains come to the campus. All the information about the companies that visit can be found on the website of XIMB.
Placement Experience :
Looking for an on-campus job offer as the university provides great placement opportunities for all the students and major recruiters who come on campus to hire aspiring corporate leaders for their organization.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
SIP is at a major Indian banking institution and the stipend is around 1.2 lakhs in total for a period of 2 months. The final placement is yet to happen. I was not eligible for any scholarships or financial aid.
Campus Life :
The entire college is student-driven. There are various clubs and committees on campus. Illuminati is the media and PR cell of the college which also like all other committees is entirely student-driven.
Hostel Facilities :
This is a totally residential MBA program and hence there is no need of looking for PGs. Staying inside the campus and in the hostels I compulsory and so this question doesn't bear significance for the students at XIMB.
Admission :
The waitlist movement can be more transparent so that students can take a call about choosing and paying fees for the colleges in hand. Also, the college can provide dates and a schedule for exact waitlist movement like many other Colleges do.
Interview Experience :
Various MBA coaching materials are available online and offline and I also utilized the same mediums for my preparation for my MBA. Sources like YouTube and others can also help you prepare by giving timely information and awareness about exams and colleges.
