Entrance Preview :

I Cleared the councelling conducted by Anna university which is based on a ranking given by Anna university for our cutoff marks calculated by 12 the exam mark .So students have to concentrate on maths ,physics, chemistry in 12th to get high cutoff marks.

Course Curriculum Overview :

My course is mechanical engineering which is the most effective course in this college. This college is well known for this college .If you are craze in this course then you are most welcome.

Internships Opportunities :

This college not known for internship activities I personally experienced a lot of times but speaking about speaking about stripends it is fairly good they giving total fees refund for those who score CGPA above 9.

Placement Experience :

Since it is not a governments college the amount of core companies very less sometimes none .But lot of IT companies are coming every year such as TCS, INFOSYS, L&T INFOTECH, WIPRO etc. Some core companies are HYUNDAI, NISSON. IT companies offering salary package of 30,000 per month. Core if they came they are offering 50,000 to 80000 per month.

College Events :

Lots of technical symposiums ,international conferences and workshops are conducted every year by every departments. Cultural programs are conducted every year but its not much enjoyable compared to other colleges because of dress codes and certain other strict rules .

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

They not offering any type of loans but they are giving scholarships for economically backward students .I availed the scholarship for economically backward student which will cover30% of total amount of fees.

Campus Life :

There is no any kind of discrimination in college campus .It a nice place to make new friends. There are NCC,NSS,YRC such societies are available through which students can participate. All are nice and good including all teaching and non teaching staffs.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel facilities are good but the hostel fees is very high .It will cost 75000 per year .The food is good they giving non veg everyday night except Thursday.Rooms are well and good for accommodation .There will be 4students sharing a single room.

Placement Experience:

The campus placements start in the 7th semester. Due to the recession, there is a lot of backlash when it comes to placements. It has been quite poor for the last few years. But it depends on how the student is prepared for the competitive world.

Students who pursuing five and sixth semesters onwards are eligible to attend the placements and internship. Mostly the IT companies are visited frequently and core companies are low. The Highest package is 9LPA. The percentage of college placement is 78 percent. I planned to make higher studies after my degree.

Placement Experience:

Placement is good for the CSE and IT departments. You can't expect placement if you belong to other departments, there is a placement for the other departments but very less. Campus placement starts in 3rd year itself. They have special classes for Aptitude skills and interview preparation GD and necessary preparations for job placement opportunities. 90% of students from CSE and IT get placed. The average package is 7.5 LPA you can expect a minimum of 3.5 LPA. If you are willing to go for higher studies you can contact the international relation office they have good relations with other universities abroad, they have students exchange programs, research scholarships etc if you are not planning to seat in placement. I plan for higher studies and research after my Btech.

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college is very good and top companies hire students across every branch with a good amount of package. At the end of 3rd year every student is elegible for the placements in college. About 20 to 25 companies visited for campus hiring and approximately 700 offers were given across the college from every branch. 60 percentage of students got placed in the campus hiring program. Highest package is 24 LPA and the aveyis 5LPA. My plan is to get into a good MNC company which is related to Aerospace technology.
