Course Curriculum Overview :

Gathering my knowledge...faculty members are supporting to gain our knowledge..in our faculty members are finished PhD ...two internals....it is not difficult...because our faculty members teachings are very easy to understand..

Class Size : 52Course Fees : INR 10000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

All the 2 nd year students go to internship in 4 th semester holidays all the departments offered the internship All the IT companies are offered internships HCL lcm and etc Projects are completed by the students and get the internship certificates

Placement Experience :

Final year both ug and pg students are eligible for placement vibro Tcs and many companies are visited and 25 and more jobs are offered the salary packages 3 to 5 lakhs 30 percentage of students getting placements

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Odd semester...4,000 Even semester..2,000 Management scholarship, government scholarship etc.... Campus jobs...vibro,tcs,these companies are offered... Salary packaging...3 lakhs to 4 lakhs per year.....

Campus Life :

Sports day in February and sangamam in April these programmes are conducted by faculty members Library was very large and many books available group exams booksall competitive exams books More extra curricular activities are conducted for example gandhiyan thought exam all departments offered certificate courses

Admission :

Online application is available in the online...website is www.tcarts.in.... Released the selection and waiting list in the college...call letter is came in the mail...verified the certificate in the college... It is eligible...then gave the admission..

Course Curriculum Overview:

The syllabus framed is based on outcome based learning. There is also different levels in learning that makes students to engage in learning the concept more deeper and clear with their concepts. The syllabus not only includes core subjects but also allied and elective papers. Papers like enterpreunership, women studies and so on are included exclusively. Students are advised to complete online courses, and some extra courses. Faculties are well versed and the classes for immunology and biotechnology are taught excellently. During practical classes staff teach the students in batches so no one is left. Experiments are repeated for students excellence in their practical classes. Additionally students are offered animation course for science content development videos, which makes student to opt jobs related to non-core. The placements are good. PSGR krishnammal is the best choice for Zoology in Tamil Nadu.

Because chemistry is a good course it had a bright future. The student ratio is 40 in each department. We had only two faculties so teaching is not enough. Yes, exams are very difficult for students because we had fewer teachers so it would be difficult to pass.

Admission:

I got admission in this college based on my marks in 12th standard. I am studying Bachelor of Science in Zoology. Merit list is prepared based on our marks scored in 12th. This is good college in our place and it is women's college which is also suitable for me. Candidate must have studied physics, chemistry and biology in 12th standard for admission in this course.

Placement Experience:

There are many companies which recruits students from our college from various branch. Few of them are Wipro, Sutherland, global services, IBM, TCS, Transworks, wase, KGiSL, etc. Job opportunities for Bsc Zoology students is less. Internship opportunities are not provided by college but help us to find.

My review

Remarks:

Positive - The Library. It is dumped with more than 82k books. With digital library and fantastic reference section. Play ground, gym etc well equipped and nicely maintained. Nice wifi connectivity. Canteen with nominal rate any one could afford. Entrepreneur we have TBI for young Entrepreneurs fully functioning. Negative - Staff have to update or read books before they come to class. Syllabus should match the industrial needs. Labs should be well equipped.
