Remarks :

Government college. High ROI. Highly qualified faculty, Friendly atmosphere.

Entrance Preview :

I had appeared for mba-cet and I scored 98.32 percentile . I got admission in very first round and my first choice was dms-pumba itself.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course is divided in 6 trimesters over period of 2 years and this structure covers variety of topics and offer wide variety of subjects to study.

Internships Opportunities :

Of course. Myself got 2 months internship in summer offering stipend of 15k per month. Companies visited for internship include Bajaj Finserv, Orthogen , Edelweis , pantaloons and Forbes Marshall.

Placement Experience :

College provides equal placement opportunity to everyone one major recruiters on campus are Tata , Bajaj Finserv , Smart cube, AC neilsen etc.

College Events :

Summers, Nascom Seminar , SYC, Dhruva ,BCL,PPL n so on.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fees structure is very flexible. Even Pumba is known for its ROI.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

No such facility. Actually there is no need .

Campus Life :

College has wide variety of programs and facilities including management , cultural as well as sport events.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel facility is very good and that too at affordable price.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

Pumba has strong alumni network as Pumba is established in 1973 which has created lot of alumni over these years.

Exam Structure :

Exam structure is moderately hectic but we all student get enough time to study and get passed.

Admission :

Mba-cet score was enough to get admission in this institute.

Faculty :

Faculty is very good in Pumba consisting of highly qualified PhD holders to industry experts. Visiting faculty here is also very good.

Placement Experience:

The placements depend upon which Specialization you're in. If you're a marketing student there will be lots of good companies coming in for placements followed by finance and then HR. You become eligible for placement from 3rd semester. Companies such as Deloitte, PWC, TCS, HCL, etc. visit the campus for placements and offer a good amount of Packages.

SIBM Pune will give you ample opportunities to learn and grow

Placement Experience:

SIBM, Pune takes placement of its students very seriously. From the 2nd trimester, we had companies visiting us for internships. More than 95% of students have got internships. We had both MNCs as well as growing startups visiting our campus. The highest package offered last year was around Rs. 36 lakh/annum.

In 2020, SIBM saw some of its best placements, as it does every year. The students received 191 offers, including 63 pre-placement offers. The sectors that participated in the placements were FMCG/FMCD, Conglomerates, BFSI, Technology, and Consulting. Rs.28 LPA was the highest CTC. Abbott India Limited, Asian Paints Limited, Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Ltd., Dell, EMC, and GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Ltd. were among the companies that took part.
