Krishna Engineering College Review

Dislikes

  • No social groups or clubs available in the college.
  • No cars allowed for students as students do stunts in college premise with their cars

Course Curriculum Overview :

Machine learning is the future because artificial intelligence can be developed using machine learning and this is one of the colleges in Ghaziabad which offers courses in machine learning and artificial intelligence. The faculty is super supportive and supports students in every aspect whether it is the syllabus, extracurricular activities or anything, the student is 70-30 where 70% are boys and 30% are girls. All faculty in the college has done at least M.Tech and most of the staff is PHD holder in their respective field. Exams happen at the end of every sem i.e. 2 times a year and before exams for student preparation, 2 test happens before the final University exams. Exams are not hard to pass students can pass the exams with good grades by preparing 3 units from 5 units

Placement Experience :

Students become eligible for placement from the 7th sem, every year 50+ companies visit the campus, and the highest package offered for the year 2022-2023 is 22LPA in a big tech company known as Nagarro. 93-96% of students get places every year. I'm also going for a job after my degree.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure is well and good, an average middle-class family can afford to give their child a quality education. The college provides scholarships but only for those students who score 80% or above in the respective year.

Campus Life :

Fest happens at certain times like sports fest or annual fest. A huge library is also available on the college premise including all types of books and newspapers. There is no social group in the college of any type.

Admission :

The admission process was smooth just because I applied as a lateral entry there is no test or PI, and application form and fees are available in college, I don't have any knowledge about the reservation benefits as I belong to a general category and there are no reservation benefits for me.

Placement Experience:

The placement is quite low but in the last 2 years since 1st hackathon of Ineuron, the placement drive are improving. I hope it will keep on improving in future. The UNESCO event was a great marketing opportunity for our college which promoted its ranking in the colleges.

6th semester is when you become eligible for campus placements. Amazon, Adobe, Capgemini, Infosys, tcs, hcl, havells, byjus, ibm, etc. are now regular takers from here around 98% of students are placed every year. those who wish for higher studies are the ones who don't get the placements, but the maximum is placed in good companies. the highest package for this year was from amazon of 19 lakh per annum.

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college was quite good when comparing to other colleges of UP. But the majority of them were mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro etc. But some good startups also hire from our colleges like Paytm, Gradeup etc... In recent years top MNC were also visited JSS like Adobe, Amazon etc. The highest package was 42 lakhs which was given by Adobe and the average were 5 lakh. Almost 70-75% students got placed in my branch ie, CSE who sit in the placements. Currently my plan is to secure a good placement.

Placement Experience:

From 4th year students become eligible for placements, many companies visit like Amazon, Infosys, Wipro and many more, these are the mass recruiters, the highest salary was 22LPA offered from Adobe and 3LPA is the average salary, around 80% actually placed from on campus placements in 4 days. I will prepare for the DRDO exam after my graduation. Placements opportunities are given to students here at the max.

After the Six-semester students become eligible to take part in placement activities. There are many companies visited every month like Wipro, TCS, TATA STEEL, And many more and the good thing about the company is that they can hire the student in a mass number. the highest package is 15 lakhs per annum and the average package is 3.5 lakhs per annum. mostly the percentage is between 70-80 % of these student places more. I am going for an MBA after graduation.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of the college is the worst. There have no good companies that came into the college. And the companies that came for campus placements were only startups, some were sales and marketings. Every company had major bonds and less salary. If any students want to join a good top fortune 500 companies of India, then he/she has to apply for outside of campus placement.

Remarks:

Yes, bad remark is the security fee they do not refund at the time of degree they asked to show the original slip of security fee deposit and i think they don't have any reason to ask for that just because they don't want to return.
