Course Curriculum Overview :
- Wanted to practice in the architecture field. - Faculty to student ratio is 1:10. - All the faculties are masters in Architecture/Design; With an experience and practice of years. Timely submission and regular attendance(min.75% attendance) are enough to pass with flying colors. The teaching methods are in sync with the latest trends and are progressive. Hands-on experience is provided by means of regular site visits and participation in various competitions.
Internships Opportunities :
Internships are offered across various positions such as from a draughtsman to a junior architect and even an associate depending on the students' work. A minimum stipend offered would be Rs 5000/- which covers basic costs. Residential and commercial projects are worked upon to understand the current status of the market and what the present industry demands.
Placement Experience :
Students can avail of campus placements and internships after the 4th semester itself. VKE, PDCL, Sunil Patil and Associates, Verenkar Associates, and Rajdeep Builders are a few of the many companies visiting for placements and internships. If the students' work is good then they are eligible, which means 100% placements can be availed with consistently good work. I want to continue with my master's and have practice.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee hike is @5% per annum. The fees I paid were Rs. 1,10,000/year. The fees include site visits (locally) and a bare minimum amount is charged for distant study tours. Financial assistance in the form of fee concession is provided to needy and deserving students through the College/University.
Campus Life :
Ektara is the annual 5-day college fest. It is usually conducted in the month of February. More than 10000 titles are available both online and offline in the College library. There are also research papers and journals which we have access to through the College. The College encourages us to participate in extracurricular activities also. The College was generous to approve a budget of Rs. 35000/- for our participation in an intercollegiate sports tournament for sports kits and gear, through which we won silver across the tournament in cricket, basketball, volleyball, and football. The College also has a vast list of alumni and arranges Masterclasses and college competitions at regular intervals.
Admission :
Appearing for the NATA Examination and a valid NATA score is a must. JEE paper 2 scores are accepted as well. 10+2(Sci)/10+3 (Diploma in Architecture) is compulsory. Refer to the College Brochure/college website for additional details regarding the admission process.
