I mostly like the teaching quality of faculty

They keep our original documents of 10th and 12th that is the thing I dislike.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose this course because I have an interest in IT. The faculty is really good there are always there to help you. They work really hard for good grades. faculty is well trained and they have studied till Masters and PHD.

Class Size : 500Course Fees : INR 40000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

It provides internship with many companies like Infosys, and many more companies available in Chandigarh. It has offered many services like working on these projects with other colleges sviet has worked on making a racing car, converting a petrol bike to an electric bike.

Placement Experience :

The placements are really good. every 6 months many companies come to provide placements. The faculty helps students to prepare for competitive exams like banking, CDS, AFCAT etc. My plans are to clear Air Force common admission test and get selected to serve in The Indian Air Force.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees are not high for BCA you have to pay only 20000 per sem. They provide you with many scholarships. They provide internships with companies. The college fees will be decreased if you have a high percentile score in 12th.

Campus Life :

In sviet the are many programmes conducted they are mostly in the time of new admission they organise many batches like super 60 and uniques and their selection is really very hard. The classrooms are really good. Sports events and competitions are organised on time. and many colleges come to sviet to take part in it.

Admission :

You can opt for this course if you have %age of more than 60 %. You can find the application form on sviet official website. If you have any quotas like defence quota, sports quota, or NCC then you will easily get a seat.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum in term of relevance is average as they only teach basic in BCA and teachers also know a little about it only. The syllabus is not upto mark according to me as students does not get proper skills in specific subjects.

Reasons to choose DD jain college

Course Curriculum Overview:

There is still lack of practical knowledge. More focus is given on theory. No new experiments related to field are done to increase the knowledge of students. Theory is taught with excellence. You will literally have points on your fingertips. Practical is done but only from books. In the computer field i personally feel you need to step out of the box to prepare for real world. One cannot rely only on books. They conduct tests on regular basis. After commencement of every semester within 10 days you have your first test. Till Mid sem exams they already take tests of almost half of the syllabus with is one of the best things because it helps a lot in preparation for final exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Faculty members are very helpful but you will have to ask them for help. They are well qualified and trained. The teachers are helpful in understanding the concepts better.
