Course Curriculum Overview :

Electronics is considered an all-rounder path I have a keen interest in Iot and coding and also a lot of interest in the tech side so that is why I choose this course I get exposure in all fields. All the faculty here are Phd from some of the best colleges in India like IIT, IISC etc To maintain the time schedule thapar in covid time converted the 6-month semester to a 4-month semester by taking classes on Saturdays also.

Class Size : 25Course Fees : INR 400000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

SO for internships companies come in the 5th sem. All those companies who came for placement also visit for internships offer. They came for analyst, SDE, and various positions. So what they want is very good projects

Placement Experience :

For campus placement students need to prepare for the 8th sem. Many big companies like Salesforce, Microsoft, Intuit and all come to campus every year. The highest salary is 60 lacs while the average is around 15 lacs I am working to get a great placement.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees hike is nearly 5% every year. There are scholarships for army children, sc-st caste people and all there is no scope for campus jobs The cost to study for me will be 20 lacs including hostel fees. While you can try to get internships off campus to earn money through various platforms.

Campus Life :

So thapar biggest fest is SAturnalia. This year big names like Gajendra Verma, and Zaeden went to our college to perform. It was conducted in the month of November. So Thapar has one of the biggest libraries of Asia so borrowing book is very easy and helpful Classrooms are smart classes equipped with projectors and AC. Thapar has a huge boost for sportsmen they have a racing track, football ground, indoor and outdoor badminton courts and every other sport you can think for.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel is good but expensive. so there are two types of hostel some were new build which has all amenities like table lamp, AC, matrices and all. Meal is eatable some days it very good but some days it becomes worst that's why there are night canteen to help students and dont let them sleep empty stomach All hostels are inside the campus only.

Hostel Fee : INR 50000 per year

Admission :

Eligibility is that for Punjab students should have more than 60% in 12th boards and for non-Punjab it should be 75% in boards. Application forms, fees, and dates can be seen on the official website of Thapar. No reservations were availed by me No thapar takes the student on basis of Jee Mains score and Boards.

Placement Experience:

The placements of the college is good and differs in every course, the highest placement record is 45.5lpa which is going to be increased the number if companies visiting is also increasing which increases the number of placements and the average package is 8lpa. If I can't get a on campus placement then I will try for off campus placement. Students of final year of their course will be eligible for the placements if they fulfill the company putted criterias. As college promised the 100% placement but it is not right only some students were getting placed who have some extra skills and knowledge Various companies visited the college every year like Autodesk, Cisco, XPERI, Toki, Accenture, Edoofa, delta x, RT camp etc and provides a good number of placements

GNDU: Place where lessons are learned and memories are made

Placement Experience:

so every year different companies visit our campus and people from the fourth year are able to see for the placement. Firstly, we have to clear a written entrance test once clear that the company will interview them and get the job so the highest package last year went 25,00,00 per annum. However, the average package is six lakh per annum. It completely depends upon your CGPA and your personal skills, how much you groom yourself to be fit for that company. Tech and non-tech companies both visit.

Btech computer science in Lpu university pros and cons

Placement Experience:

If we have skills, we get placements here, and if we work hard, we can get up to 50 LPA. Most of the renowned companies will come for placements, for example, Microsoft, Google, etc. TCS will give a high number of job offers, but the package is low. It all depends on you and your skills. The placement percentage in Computer Science is about 80-90%, and the average is 7 LPA.

Best University in Punjab

Placement Experience:

CT University has best placement record till now. They have 400+ recruitment partners. Companies like byjus, paytm, infosys, max healthcare and capgemini have already recruited students from CT University. CTU also have corporate resource centre in ct university , to provide ample opportunities for full time internships, on job trainings and placement in reputed companies. Also, students are doing internships with stipends within the university also as CTU ambassadors along wwith theirt study, so this should be a good enough proof of the quality of the skills being imparted to the students.

Remarks:

I got PMSS scholarship in the branch i always wanted, plus its a reputed government college. The college has a great faculty members and good infrastructure. The hostel facility is also great and the food served is healthy and hygenic.
