Entrance Preview :

I passed my graduation which was entrance to get admission in pgdm after completed my graduation (BBA-Finance). I scored good in that. Before I got admission, I came to know by my friend and news paper about this collage. I opted this college because its very famous college in our regional area gurgaon as well in terms of Placement and personal grooming.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course structure is very much in detail and based on practical applications. The case study method of teaching helps in practical learning. The guest lectures from industry experts help to build a strong network that can be a constant source of new opportunities. Curriculum followed in college has been one of the best and every faculty tries to give as much as it is possible from their side.

Placement Experience :

Placements companies of all genre visit the campus. it all depends on what you opt for want to be in big companies or ready to work at grass root level most of the students are placed in cooperatives, rural based industries, NGOs as they do mass recruitment.

Campus Life :

Infrastructure is as par with other MBA colleges and when it comes to resources needed, Student Body Committee manage to arrange. The peer group and the activities we had inside the campus were very interesting and learning. In sports Badminton court and T-T is inside the college arena. In my batch the ratio of male to female student was 6:4, which means almost 60% of the batch comprised of male student.

Faculty :

Faculty members are very dedicated towards their course and always try to make the class environment very competitive. Attendance is one of the strict factor followed here. Students below 75% attendance cannot appear for Examination and below 90% attendance means that you are out of the placements process.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Exams are taken twice a semester for the betterment and improvement of students in final exams. I was told by the faculty that they try their best. To make it easy for students to understand. Which was really nice and more than expected.

Placement Experience:

You will get placement only after completing your course. There are several companies like Garda Chemicals, crystal crop protection, bayer, PI industries. They have placed average of 3-4 students. Highesht package was of one student about 8 lakh per annum in LDC company. Only 30%student got placed. You have to search at your own the companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It's includes all the different type of courses in agriculture stream with different topics like agronomy , horticulture , soil science , plant pathology , computer science. Wide range of scope is there but teacher is not much knowledgeable they only copy from notes and then delivered lectures to the students. It's very poor for teacher

Remarks:

During the sixth trimester of the Programme, each participant is required to undertake a research project. the college emphasis on the trainning of the student on a practical ground too. A research problem of contemporary relevance (theoretical / action oriented) is identified by the participants in consultation with NIFM faculty and / or senior level officers of their respective Department / organization. However, the final decision on the project work is taken by NIFM. The timing and duration of the project work is 16 weeks as per the curriculum. NIFM faculty guides the participants in research, analysis, preparation and completion of the project. The participants are expected to remain in regular touch with their faculty guides for timely completion of the project work. The project work is required to be completed and submitted before completion of the programme.
