Course Curriculum Overview :

Our dept doesn't provide us with such extra curricular activities , they are just focusing on studying and assignments. curricular Activities are there but not much. our department IMS have announced different clubs for students ,but they haven't done anything further. This needs to be changed.

Internships Opportunities :

The students are provided with internship opportunities . The major companies are of Guru gram , panipat, karnal and Chandigarh. No stipends are given, we have to work for free and there is no stipend for expenses

Placement Experience :

The placements provided by the department are of only marketing All the students of finance, hr and marketing are provided with the marketing job. Every year ICICI comes for the mass recruitment and takes up thw students. The package provided are of around 4-5 lakhs. All most 70% of the students gets placements and rest are left with no placements.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees of MBA in our department is nearly around 70 thousand per year ,and this needs to be paid in installments. The college provides students with scholarship but after sometime the issues start arising and the scholarship are not received.

Campus Life :

The university organize the Ratnavalli fest in the university evry year and is celebrated with huge crowd and every corner of University is filled with some kinds of shows . The show depicts the traditions of haryana and how people live and eat here.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostels are average and are provided with chairs , bed study table and fans. hostel food is not that much good .we have to just eat what is being served. Hostels can be assigned through online and offline modes.

Admission :

The IMS department have their own test for the students who want to apply here. After that Personal interview and Group discussion is there . The department needs to improve there way of taking exams .

Faculty :

Our department have good teacher to student ratio, as the class is divided into 3 different streams of finance, hr and marketing . The teachers doesn't use that much technology and dont have working smart classes. The teachers are quiet approachable and they are very caring and friendly

no I had my addmission in the corona time , hence we didn't have any kinds of tests and interview . First there is test than personal interview and then group discussion and then the students are selected

Placement Experience:

Top recruiters as I can remember are BHEL, DRDO, HONDA, Philips, NTPC, The Times of India, Tech Mahindra, Tech Mahindra, Airtel, etc. The highest salary package offered was Rs.10 LPA and an average salary of Rs.3 LPA was offered in our final placement program. We had a separate cell of internship cell and also the task performance cell. All training helped us to develop techniques, communication skills, management skills and also decision-making skills, etc.

Remarks:

One of the reasons for this could be the geographical proximity of the institute since it was pretty close to my house. The constant assistance we got from the faculty members served on top of a top-notch infrastructure. Everyone is pretty friendly here and the social life is pretty decent. Corporate exposure is magnificent.

Admission:

Admission process is pretty straight forward and easy. Admissions are granted on a direct basis. I applied to the college in the offline format. After that I appeared for an interview round. For document verification, you need to produce all your academic documents like 10th, 12th, graduation, and any other valid document.

Placement Experience:

Placement cell is dedicated to bridging the gap between the students and recruiters. Companies visit the campus in order to recruit students for a number of profiles including consultant, sales executive, financial management, etc. Companies which generally visit our campus include Genpact, ICICI, HDFC, Bharti Airtel, etc.

Remarks:

Our college is good in terms of faculty but the campus needs to be developed more in terms of the facilities being provided to the students like physical environment like canteen development otherwise if we talk about teaching pedagogy it adopts case study method which is the best way of understanding the practical situation and its good in terms of placements also.
