Course Curriculum Overview :

I got admission to the college in the spot round, I was the happiest because IGDTUW is one of the top universities, and it actually is. As far as the curriculum is concerned it is pretty good. The college has a well-groomed course curriculum, but the faculty isn't good, teachers simply read the ppts and send over the notes on WhatsApp. The class timings are soo hectic that it just feels like 9 to 5 office hours. I would say it is a good college in terms of the curriculum but in the end, it's us as students who have to do everything on our own, even if it's the placement opportunities. The college won't matter at a point in time it's you that matters. I've been in this college for like 3 months, it didn't feel good. The college vibe is something you'll miss here, because of the extra hectic schedule. The teaching method of the teachers is unsatisfactory, although all of them are well qualified they don't know how to teach. Students just come for attendance here. Mid sem happened a bit too early

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee Structure for my course is 98500/- per year. I haven't been in college for soo long, but since it's an engineering college, BBA students struggle a little more. Getting placed is something every individual gets on his/her own skills.

Campus Life :

Life on the campus is hectic, although there are many societies and fests happening students have to juggle around and then they struggle for attendance, which teachers don't give. The classrooms are pretty big, but the strength is too much, my class also had like 78 students. Soo the ones sitting at the very least find it difficult to look in the front, moreover, the pillars in the classrooms are placed inaccurately

Admission :

The admission process was merit-based. Delhi students were given more privileges compared to the outside Delhi ones, there were more seats for Delhi students which is shattering to know even though you're capable you won't get admission just because you are from outside Delhi.

Other Applied Colleges

Indira Gandhi Delhi Technical University For Women -[IGDTUW] | Bachelor of Business Administration [BBA]

I got admission into the college, but had to widraw my admission

Since the past year , great companies have been coming on the campus (Zomato , PayTM , Genpact , Intellipat etc.) The average salary ranges between 2.5 - 4.5 lacs per annum . Most profiles are Sales , Marketing , Human Resource etc. If anyone is planning to get a good job through on-college placement , the chances are quite low .

Placement Experience:

It has had an excellent placement record for over 20 years. Every year around 150 organisations from different sectors visit the campus. There is a continuous increase in the number of organisations every year. The placement cell not only provides the placement opportunity but also grooms the students for the corporate fields. The institute has released its placements report for the year 2020 and the highest CTC stood at INR 13.12 LPA which was offered by Sailax Al and around 626 offers were made to the students and the maximum number of offers were made by Deloitte.
