NMIMS- the perfect match

Remarks :

The admission process was very smooth. We are supposed to give NMIMS Management aptitude test which is a national-level MBA entrance test. You can find the application form on the nmat website. After giving NMAT, shortlisted candidates are selected based on personal interviews.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I wanted to pursue an MBA specialising in finance and analytics to gain more and more subject knowledge as well as industrial and market application. Faculties are highly qualified and experienced. Exam difficulty is moderate-difficult.

Internships Opportunities :

The companies which come for the placement can be found directly on the college's website along with the packages that were provided. There are multiple live project opportunities which are provided which come with and without payment.

Placement Experience :

Placements come with attractive packages from renowned organisations. there are opportunities given in plenty for students to apply. The students can also apply for certain live projects through which they can learn about the industry.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Bangalore is an expensive place to live as a student. Although, a lot of students opt for part-time jobs and projects to cover the expenses. The average fee of an MBA course in India is 18,00,000 per 2-year course.

Campus Life :

The annual fest was previously known as Nityaksh, which is organised by RANG the events and cultural committee. Classes are well-equipped and the infrastructure is great. There is an ample number of books and journals available in the library on different subjects.

Placement Experience:

The placements provided by this college isn't the best in the industry but not bad either. Ine can expect anywhere between 6-16 lakhs per annum packages from the college. But searching for your own seems to be better as the highest package received in the college was for 48 lakh per annum by a student who went through the placement procces own his own. When it comes to percentage of student placement about 80% of the students get placed where the other 20% are students who wish to start their own entrepreneurship or pursue higher studies. If gettimg a placement is your goal, you'll definitely get placed from the college. I plan on searching for placement on my own and get into a good company.
