Remarks :

You have to score 1st division means 60 percentage nowadays for reservation category. For general you need to score 75+ percentage and nowadays selection has been made tough. Application form is available in SAMS website as all the University of odisha has been included in sams from this year. You can get your reservation benefits in case you have less marks if you are lucky because if there are more reserved students scoring good marks then less scoring student can't get admitted. As all the University has been included in sams nowadays so selection process has been same for all college and university so no chance is required.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose this course because I wanted to get knowledge of doing business. Classes are divided into 3 section according to roll number and each section 120-130 students are occupied. Teachers are good, polite and friendly. Mid term exam is conducted named as internal of 20 marks and semester of 80 marks. One student has to appear 2semester and 2 internal in a single year of graduation. Exams are conducted timely. You need to attend classes regularly to pass and if you want good marks you need to attend classes as well as study on regular basis at home.

Class Size : 400Course Fees : INR 3400 per year

Placement Experience :

From 5 semesters students are eligible for campus placement. packages depending on companies that come to give job opportunities. Highest I have seen is 1200000 a year. It can be more nowadays. About 30 to 40 percent of students get placement every year. I have passed my graduation from this university and I am pursuing my M.COM in Ravenshaw University Cuttack.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Mainly fees are fixed as per Sams nowadays which cannot be done anything. State scholarship is provided to everyone. you can opt for a part-time job in college. you can get a job in the library and get some income during your studies. You can ask local computer shops for part-time work and learn by working as well as earn

Campus Life :

The annual fest is usually conducted in the month of January. You can get the Books From Library by issuing them. Sports and extracurricular activities also take place such as dance competition essay writing etc sports such as football, cricket, hockey, track racing, etc. WhatsApp groups are being formed for students in each class for providing information to students. Instagram id is also created in name of the college where student can tag their posts.

So our course are not that difficult and not so easy they are moderate and is easily understood. One don't even need personal tution to clear the faculty is enough they make sure the syllabus is complete within time. Yhe only drawback is sometimes we get out of syllabus questions one or two in our exam.

We have 2 semester per year which in our course we have 3 years which mean 6semester. If any student have back in their paper then that have to clear their back with their juniors in their respective time. In our semester it take 3hours to complete. But the students can go out before 3hours if they have completed their answers sheets.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Being a science student, initially it was bit challenging to change the stream. But with help of good faculties, it was not very difficult to understand the subject. There are 6 semester exams in total along with 2 internal assessment for each semester along with several worksheets, group discussions, presentations. As we could only appear 1st-semester offline mode, rest of all semester exams were conducted online via zoom meeting. It was properly conducted with serious invigilation. Passing an exam depends upon how well are you prepared for the exam.
