Remarks :

Admission through Jee Mains or 12th class marks. For CS your rank should be in 150000(general rank) For Electronics 300000( general rank). You can take benefit of UP Scholarships if your family income is less than 2.5 lakhs.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The college is very old and renowned for its studies of the polytechnic. It is the biggest polytechnic college in Asia. Now they are offering Engineering courses as well. The faculty ratio is great 1:12 . Faculties are well qualified to have PHDs From IITs and NITs. The teaching method is great if you study with just a little focus you will understand everything. Terms exams every 3 months and difficulty is moderate.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 63000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Companies like AMAZON, TCS, GOLDMAN SHACKS, TATA POWER, etc, give internship opportunities from the 4th semester onwards. It can be paid or free. Internship helps in getting high packages at the time of placement.

Placement Experience :

7 semesters onwards students get placements. Companies like AMAZON, GOLDMAN SACHS TCS, TATA POWER ETC, and more than 250 companies visited. The highest package is 24 LPA and the average package is 5 LPA 70 % of Students are getting placed Qualifying Gate or CAT to do Mtech or MBA.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees are 63000 thousand per year If you are a general student and your family income is less than 200000, then you eligible for UP Scholarships, and Fee remission from the UP government. If you are OBC/SC/ST and your family income is less than 250000 then you are eligible for UP Signature. Which helps in reducing the Fees to 8000.

Campus Life :

Campus culture is not so good. If you want to study for future exams then come here and do your preparation. College life is very average. You can Join NCC, Samarthan(a hostel initiative to donate clothes those in need). GDSC(Google Development Student Club) is a club here for programming enthusiasts.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel infrastructure is very old and has problems with basic amenities like water and electricity. The food quality and taste are great and very tasty, and a good menu. You have to give a hostel allotment letter to the college for a hostel room. The hostel will cost you 27500 and 4000( per month) for food. The hostel has a cooperative mess maintained by senior students. Room and PG are affordable but food quality is doubtful.

The Campus life

Placement Experience:

Placement of the college is decent highest package was 30 lac per annum and average is 6-7 lac per annum....From 6th semester u are eligible for the campus placements.... companies that visited are- IBM, TCS,etc I just don't remember now there are many... percent of students getting placements are near about 80% i guess

Placement Experience:

The placement is very good in my college. From the 7th semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. Many companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Mahindra etc do visit my college. Best college for developing startup skills

Remarks:

The best part of this college is that it has an incubation centre which is governed by the DST government of India to promote new innovative ideas and mould the incubator to start there startup and became an entrepreneur.

Admission:

I always want to become a mechanical engineer because innovation and technology attracts me. This college focuses on innovation and entrepreneurship Development skill and this is the main reason to select this college. Entrance Preview:

I took entrance examination of UPTU and scored 4500 rank. I chose this college as I was getting Computer science branch in this college. Moreover many of my school time scenarios were in this college and gave fabulous feedback which at last proved to be true.
