Remarks :

My college is overall good, but placement is a little poor in geology as its demand is low and the Higher placement gets offered to the statistics department and computer science department. There is merit-based admission. Our college has a very less crowd.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Our faculty member is very nice, professor Pande is our geology head who has greater knowledge in the geology sector, even other great professors in our college support you even after your college years. There are two semesters in a year including class tests.

Class Size : 40Course Fees : INR 24000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

You will get internship opportunities in the second semester and fourth semester but only a few of them get selected for the internship. But you can opt for off-campus placement in a company like ONGC, IAS, etc., even Hansraj also provides internships if you have friends over there then you can go there to do your internship.

Placement Experience :

There is a placement cell in our college but it is beneficial only for the computer science and statistics department, if you work hard you can get placement up to 6 lac per annum, and many of our batches opted for Higher studies.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure of our college is a little high even though the college is increasing its fee from the year 2022, even the surrounding area is a little bit expensive, but if you succeed to get >6cgpa in each semester you will go to get fee compensation for merit students.

Campus Life :

The infrastructure is good the area is less crowded than Satya Niketan which is near the college, nearest metro station to our college is Durgavati Deshmukh south campus metro station. There is a little social activist.

Best college in South campus. Recommended for Maths major

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always excelled in mathematics in school. So, i decided to pursue it for higher studies. You should only choose this course if you want to make a career in mathematics field for example if you want to become a mathematics professor, go into research, become a data scientist or clear exams like JAM, NET, JRF. They do teach softwares like R which is very important but they should include more technologies and coding languages into the course as well. Special mention: if you want to pursue a career in data science i wouldn't recommend this course. I think a computer major would be more helpful.

Ramjas : A "che" to the "mistry"

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was always interested in studying chemistry since school so I opted for this course. The course is well built and designed in order to build your interest in this field. The college provides enough industrial visits to encourage you in the same field and organises sufficient conferences regarding the same. There are no such improvements required in the faculty except a few. Exams used to happen semester wise after every 5 months. We only used to prepare for these, only a few teachers asked us to solve an assignment and nothing much.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I gave Entrance and I qualified and I have no option other than this course. Our Faculty is a mixture, as we have to study Physics Chemistry and Mathematics so we have three 3 departments. Student teacher ratio is 10:1. All teachers are PhD Professor. they wrote many books also, their teaching is according to UGC syllabus. they provide notes. There is Semester exam after 6 months and one test in one month of each subject. You have to prepare your notes in a very well way to obtain good marks.
