Remarks :

10+2 with 45% and jee main students can apply of the course. The application for all the courses is accepted through both offline and online modes. 80% of seats of the approved intake are allocated to the WBJEE qualified students. the rest 10% of seats are filled by the colleges as Management Quota. No improvement need.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose this course because My father and relatives worked on pwd so I can also best opportunity for this job to apply. FACULTY: The STUDENT ratio is 60:40. Mr. sasanka Dutta is chairman, and many others are there, and all faculties are postgraduate. Teaching method is very good Every 1 year 2 semesters and class mock tests, and internal, viva exams are there.

Class Size : 116Course Fees : INR 94750 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

1st-time fees 94750, includes dress, tie, blazers. State and national types of scholarships are there and also college provided no loan, but they provided all the documents to apply loan which is needed for getting a loan.

Campus Life :

The college has one every 1 year one fest this ending year has come 'delete band'. The college has a big library and also provided for book bank facility. There are big grounds for playing cricket, football, and many others game there, unlimited broadband, a digital library, and digital labs.

Review of IEM Kolkata, a strict Engineering College.

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for the placements after the sixth semester. The companies that generally visit us for placements are TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Accenture, Wipro, Oracle, IBM and some other ones. The highest package offered through last years is 22 Lacs Per Annum and on average it is 4-5 LPA. 90% students on average get placed Every year. My plans after getting the Degree is to pursue Freelancing Full Time and Become a Web Designer.

Good Placements

Placement Experience:

We become eligible from the later part of the third year to sit for the placements as the companies arrive then. Mainly placements are dependent on service-based companies like TCS, CTS, Wipro e.t.c. who mass recruits a whole lot of students with standard 3.5 to 4 LPA packages. Product-based companies like Oracle, Amazon, and trilogy too visited the campus. Oracle recruited a few of the candidates, Amazon too but nobody could clear the trilogy's OA rounds. Oracle offered a package of 15lpa and Amazon around 22 LPA. But a lot of students applied off campus and the highest placement off campus was 72 LPA in Google. The placement percentage is nearly 100% which is mainly due to the fact of service-based companies. I too am interested in IT jobs so am preparing for the same.

Seeing stcet again through my eyes

Placement Experience:

Students from the 4th-year 7th semester onwards become eligible for all sorts of campus recruitments. Cognizant technology solutions are the principal recruiter. Other companies which used to come during this time include Infosys, Odesha technologies, itc infotech, and others. All these companies generally take many students from our campus. During our time around 88% of students got selected from our batch. Out of which many students got double job offers from cognizant and Infosys. Some got job offers in sonodyne, Vodafone, and other companies. The highest package was offered by cognizant which was about 6 lakhs per annum. An average package of 3.5 lakhs per annum was offered by Infosys followed by itc infotech which offered roughly 4 lakhs per annum. After getting the degree I will pursue Ms maybe or maybe I can opt for MBA too. Also, I can sit for ies exam. Let's see what happens.
