Course Curriculum Overview :
This course has a lot of potential in the future, because there is a global shortage of radiographers, and the Indian government is spending lots of funds to develop the health sector. Faculty to student ratio is around 1: 30 All faculties are highly qualified, there are 9 teaching staff in the radiology department among them 6 are post graduates in radiology and all are Ph.D. scholars in radiology, 3 are clinical Instructors bearing Bachelor's in Radiology Explanation of topics, provide notes via dictation or ppt or on projectors, weekly class tests 2 sessionals and 1final exam in each semester, exams are not easy to pass, because questions are set from the basics to pass students must have in-depth knowledge of the topic Exams are held timely.
Internships Opportunities :
Vijaya Diagnostic center, 2.5 lakhs package was offered along with lodging facilities in the Hyderabad it was a 2 shift job morning and afternoon. I worked on a project on the effects of collimators in x-ray and the outcome of trials.
Placement Experience :
Students become eligible for campus placement in the final semester. Vijaya Diagnostic Center, SyntheticMR, Primus labs, avian test labs, Health City hospitals, 3-4 lakhs packages are offered 95% of students get placement in campus interviews. I will work in the Primus labs after getting the degree.
Fees and Financial Aid :
In the last 5 years, the fee of the course is doubled due to growing demand for the course Bachelors-400000 Diploma-220000 Ishan Uday scholarships, minority scholarships, etc are available in the university but the students are selected based on merit Vijaya Diagnostic Center, synthetic MR, etc companies recruited students from the University for yearly packages.
Campus Life :
An annual fest named ATTITUDE is conducted every year in January. Tech fests are conducted randomly in any part of the year. Books and journals are available in the library. Research papers of Ph.D. scholars, thesis, books on Paramedical courses, science courses, and even art courses are also available in the library Good quality decks and benches, including table and chair for teachers, whiteboards, fans, LED bulbs in some rooms projectors are also present. Football and cricket ground, basketball, volleyball, badminton courts are present, swimming pool, table tennis, etc are present. Music clubs, sports clubs, writers clubs, etc are formed to encourage the students.
Hostel Facilities :
Single and double rooms are available with a bed, chair, table, and a rack provided. Veg thali in everyday lunch including dal, mix veg, rice, etc. Nonveg including chicken, fish, egg, etc in dinner with good quality, neat and clean. A hostel fee for a year is collected during the admission process if the student wants to stay in the hostel. There are rented rooms and PGs available outside the university campus neat the university.
