Remarks :
The admission is based on the NEET UG score only. The bfuhs conduct the online application for the admission for all the medical, dental, paramedical courses. You can get admission on the basis of your NEET percentile and your choice. There are 2 to 3 online lists that come up on the site and then the left over seats are distributed through offline counselling conduct at faridkot University which is the main head branch of medical in Punjab. Students are selected on the basis of NEET percentile and the admissions are done on the basis of DCI instructions. Seats are given to category students as well. Every college hold several number of seats which are given by bfuhs only.
Course Curriculum Overview :
This is a course with a vast variety for a better future. Many students opt for this field as they want to continue the same in other countries as well which is a markedly option for students now a days. There are total 4 years of study and 1 year of rotary internship and enough faculty members to teach specific in each subject in every year. Mostly 80-100 seats are filled in this college every year. Bfuhs conduct annual examination as directed by DCI. If you've been attentive throughout the session you can clear the exam very well.
Internships Opportunities :
The rotary internship is for one year. We don't get our stipend in this college. OPD is open from 9 to 2. Interns get a chance to treat patients and open their hands. And also they get chance to teach junior students and revise their syllabus for further higher studies.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
As this is a private college, the fees would definitely be much higher than in government College. Near 11-12 lacs for the admission fees. Plus there are many other charges as well like computer fees, examination fees, hostels charges, mess charges. Which makes upto around 20 lacs.
Campus Life :
Students staying in the hostel have the chance to play games like badminton, basketball, table tennis. Our college has one library which is open only during the college hours, you can get books issued on your personal I'd cards. Every year we celebrate annual function and sport's meet
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel rooms are very good compared to another college. Every room has their personal washroom, special facilities like ac, fridge is also available. Mess quality is also appropriate. Hostels are made within the premises of the college. No transportation issue .
