Remarks :

I just applied through the Delhi University website, I checked the cut-off list and my percentage was matching the cutoff of the college so, got admitted to college as per my percentage the admission process was smooth.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose this course because at that time I was aiming for govt examinations and this course was a mixture of arts and commerce also I got to learn stenography. The faculty is experienced and very good faculty has a good background and they very good at their subjects yearly there are 2 exams.

Class Size : 40Course Fees : INR 110000 per year

Placement Experience :

CVS offers campus placements. We have a placement cell which is very proactive and companies like KPMG, EY, Indigo, Genpact etc. come on campus. The avg package these companies offer is around 3lpa and most of the students sit for placements as well.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure of DU is very affordable. My course fee was 11000 yearly which is very cheap as compared to private colleges. And for scholarships and financial aid, I am not aware. College provides campus placements and the avg is 3lpa

Campus Life :

CVS has one of the best clubs and socities at the Delhi university we have academic socities and cultural socities. We also have an annual fest TATVA which is a 3-day festival. CVS has fantastic library students can borrow books for their classes and exam preparation

Yes, the college will help you to get placed in good companies. Many of the students of this course got placed in good company and some of the students also started their startups which is also successful. About 70-80 percent of students are doing their jobs. Many of them become a freelancer and earn a lot from their skills like editing, web development Android development, etc.

Lovely experience

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester students become eligible for internships and college placements. Many companies visited like tcs Wipro Mahindra. 70% students got placed. Highest package is 5 lac average package 3 lac and lowest 1.5 lac. I wanted to continue my education and continue MCA.

About college life

Placement Experience:

For campus placements, students become eligible with a CGPA of 6.5-7.5 or above and after 6 sem ie third year. I have not visited any companies because of the covid situation which led to online studies. The highest package is about 12 lakhs pa and the average package around 2.5 lakhs pa with around 400 companies visiting the campus for recruitment. Around 70% of the students get placements. I would prefer to do further education and then aim at getting the job I am aiming for.

Remarks:

The software development course was new and promising as it came to the Delhi university premises only an year ago. The IT field was something I was going to pursue because we all are aware of the plethora of opportunities this field opens up for a person and engineering was something I was not quite sure about since I couldn't land into any college of my preference. So I went to experience and experiment for myself in Ramanujan College. The college was not well known and so was the course so it was a bit painful to explain the whole curriculum everytime a layman asked about which course I'm in, which was about most of the times.
