Entrance Preview :

We have to appear for one management entrance exam. I had my CAT score. Then, after applying online to this college for admission and if we are selected, then we have to undergo their own written test and their GD/PI round.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course covers all aspects of entrepreneurship. It is taught fairly well. Don't think that just studying about entrepreneurship will make you an entrepreneur or give you all the skills for it. You require the will and patience for setting up a business.

Placement Experience :

Since 2008-10, +70% of EDI students either set up their own business or joined their family business after finishing MBA from here. The college helps students (not all) secure INR 2.5 to 3 lakhs as VC funding. Students are also guided and helped in securing funds from government schemes related to their business.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

~7 lakhs for 2 years.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Yes, there a scholarships based on academic background.

Alumni/Alumna :

Alumni network is very strong and you should take the benefit of being in contact with so many new or well established entrepreneurs.

Exam Structure :

Trimester pattern of examinations us followed. Plus, there are marks for classwork, project assignments.

Faculty :

The teachers are very good. They have academic and professional experience in their own field. We get good industry insights.However, some teachers are not good and their teaching style and quality is poor. They rush the subject and try to finish quickly.

After completing 1st year of MBA, students start getting job offers from the companies. For that students need to fill the form provided by placement committee. Nirma University is the first University to be established in Gujarat and has been offering quality services since the start this is why I opted for this University. It was 44th in MBA & 151st overall 2020 rankings of NIRF. The university has Grade''A'' NAAC accredition and also has approvals by UGC,AIU & NBA. CAT score, academic Records and PI/GD round performance of the students are the factors on whose basis admissions are done for MBA at Nirma University.

Admission:

The university has the same admission procedure for MBA programs as in other institutes foe management programs . The past academic records and CAT exam score of the candidates are checked for shortlisting of students. It was then followed by the Interview Round through which the panel examined the candidate. The performance in all these rounds finalised the selection of students
