My reviews about my college

Remarks :

We can find the application form on the college website( https://smvec.ac.in) and also the fees structure is also given there. For further reference, you can mail or call the administration which will be provided on the webpage. Please provide the detailed full fee structure on the website which will be very beneficial for distant applicants.

Course Curriculum Overview :

As I am interested in the software side and good job offers I chose the IT field. The faculty and students ratio are balanced in my college. Most of the faculties completed their Ph. D and are having an experience of more than 7 years. They give full efforts to understand the concept to be got by the students and for practical sessions, weekly assignments will be provided. There were four years and each year had 2 semesters, a total of 8 semesters. And the passing level of the exam was not that much tough.

Internships Opportunities :

Kaar technologies provide an internship with a monthly stipend and also cts provides 6 months of internship at the end of the last semester and get a monthly payment. Microchip provides offline internships with monthly payments. Wipro also provides an internship.

Placement Experience :

From the 7th semester, we are eligible for placement. And the complete placement training will be provided by the placement cell. MNC companies like TCS, CTS, kaar technologies, and core companies like microchips visit our college every year. 100% of the students get placed and I was sure about that.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

For management, we have to pay the full payment amount. But for centac students, the centac amount will be issued if they didn't keep any arrear in the before semesters and the centac amount will be issued every year and it will be deducted from the college fee. I got placed in Wipro and the annual income was 3.5L.

Campus Life :

Every year a symposium where other colleges gets participated and a reward will be provided. Every four years, a college fest take place. Sports and extracurricular activities are good in our college and they also allow the students to get participated in various with an OD. Each dep has different clubs and Saturday will be the club day. And webpages and meme pages are run by the students.

Hostel Facilities :

In each room, three persons will be allocated. The meal was good. A separate meal will be provided for both vegetarian and non-vegetarians. And the food was unlimited. No outing will be allowed. Registration details will be provided in the administration center. We can rent a room near the college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of my course is pretty easy to cope up with , so that u get more time to prepare for other exams. Curriculum is prepared in such a way that it makes u ready to appear for gate and other similar exams. Provide more technical knowlegde related to subjects mentioned in the gate syllabus. There are 2 class test exams and then one final semester exam.

Placement Experience:

The college gives good placements for mostly all of the branches and you can get an average package of 12 lakh per annum. Getting a placement in civil might be difficult unless you study hard and do some good internships. Mechanical and computer science has good placements compared to other branches
