Course Curriculum Overview :

I am interested in developing software. So I choose this course. The faculty-student ratio is nearly 1:40 students. Qualification of faculty is a master's degree. Correction is very difficult at university.

There are so many companies offering in Gayatri Vidya Parishad college of engineering for women. Virtual internships are also offered by various companies. Recently Aicte provided a free internship which is a cisco internship.

Placement Experience :

There are so many placements in our college. There are so many companies offered by our company like amazon, adobe, TCS, Wipro, cognizant, IBM, dx technologies, omega, and Accenture. They recruit our students.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The cost of the study is 60200. I got a scholarship from the Andhra Pradesh government. Jagananna vidya Deewana scheme provides full fee reimbursement to eligible students. To get this for 4 years students should maintain attendance of 75 percent.

Campus Life :

There are thousands of books are available in our library. The book is very nice to read. There are sports playgrounds to play games. There is a gym to do exercise daily. The college provides yoga classes to improve physical and mental growth.

After JEE Advanced the student who cannot make it to the IITs comes here despite having prior knowledge of the branches. The faculty-student ratio is good at 1:9. The qualification of most of the faculty is good. Term exams are not so difficult and easy to score and they are taken timely.

Always don't focus on placements and select the college. Search for college which concentrate on co-curricular and other technical activities.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible from the final year 1st semester. TCS and Accenture are the major recruiters, followed by Deloitte, Cognizant, and MuSigma. TCS and Accenture were selected by almost 1000 students from all the branches. The highest package offered is Microsoft which is 10L and the Average salary is 3.36L for the System Engineer role. 80% of students usually get placed in the first 8 months and the remaining 10% get placed by end of the course. My plan is to go for an MBA after a prior experience.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement training is for different sections is there. for that also we have to pay a certain amount which is 8000, So those companies like Wipro, Infosys, TCS, TeChmahindra, Genpact, Capgemini, Mphasis, HCl, ETC. The highest package is a fresher 7 LPA. Minimum package 3 LPA and few 2.6 depends upon roles. 60- 65 % percent of people will be in place. I want to work as a software engineer at Capgemini.
