Course Curriculum Overview :
Faculty members are very good. Most of them hold PhDs from well-renowned universities from India and abroad. They guide and mentor students during the time of thesis writing and submission. They would still be researching and making contributions in the field of science from time to time. The faculty members are excellent. Some of them have worked in reputed companies like Google etc. This college has the highest number of GSoC selections from the country and almost every year produces ICPC finalists from the country. Teachers emphasise on logical thinking rather than encouraging the use of formulae. The teaching quality is outstanding. The course helps collaborate these two fields of knowledge, which allows the students a wide range of choices to choose from, for their career path. TAs and the professors address your doubts and help you to understand the topics better. Even during this online semester, the teaching quality was better than expected
Internships Opportunities :
Yes, you can get internship opportunities at the college. It is a student who opts to go for an internship to his/her interested company put up by the college. Top recruits: Qualcomm, Google, Amazon, etc. Placement: 100 percent. It is up to some students who find their job instead of waiting for placements. Being my youngsters I might likewise want to offer you guidance that:- There could be a lot of reason for why students look for Internship. Some of them need money and gain knowledge in their field of study by working consistently environment while some are wanting to research their decisions to find their real calling. Don't trust me go do your research . The college provides both domestic and international Internships. There is a coding culture in college. If you like coding, then you will not find a better place than here in India. One of my seniors recently got an internship in her second year itself. So you don't have to worry about good placements if I go to a good college .
Placement Experience :
The courses B.Tech in CS with MS in human sciences by research started with my batch only. So we don't have any concrete data about placements but a somewhat similar course to ours EHD had 100% placements in the past years, with some of the seniors with excellent jobs. Our course CHD is a new one which has started in the previous year only. However, it derives somewhat from the EHD course which was available in IIITH and was stopped 5 years ago. Around 95% of the total college students were placed, with a median package of 21 lakh per annum and the lowest package of around 4 lakh. One thing that stands out in this college is its placements. Approximately all the students get placed via campus placements Since the course is a research-based course, the duration depends on how fast the thesis is submitted and approved. The excellent coding culture of the institute makes it easier to pass the interviews, build up a good resume and get amazing job offers and internships.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Expenses are less in this college.For reservation background fees is even lower about for general cost is 10000 per semester and for reservation seeker 5000 . If you study hard you can get a education and your freights would come zero Name of the education program is Only thing is there's no lot placement but after you get your degree you can apply to different companies and get placement from the their average package is 6-7 lakhs. And you can study while being at your job . The figure structure is veritably double about 12000 while admission 10000 a semester and some charges about 1000 a time. Overall a veritably cheap figure structure as this council is run by the government sector. And the total course figure is around 30000 yearly. Because of lower figure, many students take admission in this college and grab opportunity to get tought and earn at same time . AS of now there is no on campus for the student but this scene might change in near future .
Campus Life :
All facilities are available. There are well-equipped labs with all necessary provisions for high-level research. The quality of the food is amazing. The labs are the best in India. It's best for research in CS. Labs are set up by big companies that encourage young talents. It has a robust research background and has all the facilities required. LAN is available to all the students except first years, medical facilities are not good, there is no ambulance for emergencies, food is above average as we have four messes with the option to eat in any. The sports facilities are average, we have one decent football field and one below decent cricket field, And also Hostels are of decent quality, and the food is average. There are 4 different messes, which serve north Indian vegetarian food, non-vegetarian food, South Indian and Jain food, and you can go to any of them at any time. Students have a twin shared room till the 3rd year. Common bathrooms and laundry are available.
