Remarks :

For the first-year admission process. we had to buy a prospectus inside that CODE will be there which we have to enter while registering online in rosary college. There was no entrance exam. we have to come to college to buy the prospectus

Course Curriculum Overview :

I was interested in this course because I had an interest in computer programming.. web development I wanted to learn. the faculty is overall good. Almost all teachers use a smart screen and projector to teach students.. exams are after 2-3 months.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 50000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Internships are provided in the TY last year. in the 2nd year also provide some internships but this year due to COVID we didn't get internships. now we are getting placements offers From some companies from placement cell rosary college. apart from this, we have to search for jobs on our own.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

For BCA fees structure is high as it is a private professional course that doesn't come in a normal graduation degree like B.A B.Com .. fees are around 50000 for BCA for others it's less. I am currently pursuing my 3rd-year BCA. and they are offering campus offers with little less stipend as i am fresher

Campus Life :

There are lots of tech fest and other fest conducted by our college. We BCA students conduct a Noesis tech fest. Different kinds of competition are being held. the fun week comes where we have to wear clothes based on themes and various competitions are being held

Interview Experience :

There was no group discussion not interview for the admission process. we should get more than 55% in the 12th STD inorder to take admission in BCA. the admission process is simple overall. we have to apply online by submitting all the details and take printout and come in college for fees payment.

Best college but hopeless teachers and no job placement

Placement Experience:

College provides opportunities but i couldn't find one also worth it cause most of them require people from msc with web development knowledge .. but i got an part time job from college and it provides me with a stipend of 7500 which is really good for me .. specially my boss is very friendly and kind hearted

Course has a lot of scope and if one student is not able to decide future career and likes computer and technical knowledge then do go for this course this course will find out what u are good at and structure is thay it consists of 3 years .. each year two semesters

Don bosco college is best college in panjim area.

Remarks:

According to my experience college is overall good, but they only have to focus on internship and they have to give internship to student so, that student can get good job experience and knowledge. so, that students can get a good job in future.The 3 year experience was amazing and hectic too. It is not the beat college to pursue your UG course but well worth it. Teaching faculty was well experienced but the main subjects were not taught for more than 2 semester. Overall a good experience, no regrets at all.
