Remarks :
There is two types of admission. One from REAP and second from direct admission (donation based). All required informations are given on college website and before taking admission they provide all the details via email. I didn't avail for the reservation benifits. Whole process of admission is very understandable and no changes occurr in that.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose civil engineering. Because I want to crack UPSC examination. There are approximately 80 students in my batch and faculty are too good to explain everything. All the faculty members are well educated. There are 2 midterm in 1 semester and not much hard to pass.
Internships Opportunities :
Internshala is a online platform for internship and training, In corona pandemic it is preferred by the college. There are many internships available as per your interest. Some of companies have stipend and some not. There is a project in the end of internship that is compulsory to do and a final exam is also conduct, it is necessary to pass with 33% for a certificate.
Placement Experience :
From 4th year students are eligible for the placements. Mainly offering companies are wipro, celebal etc. Provides approximately 100-200 placements. Highest package is 10 lac, offred by the company and the least is 2.5 lac. Approx 50-60% students are selected for the placements. I want to become a IAS Officer so I will continue my study and preparation for UPSC.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Fees structure is same for every student except for GAS seats(they are provide by the government). Scholarships are also available in college for those who can't afford there study fees. Scholarship like Pragati are given to girls every year. There is good reach to the campus placements, mainly every branch offers placements. 5-10 lac of placements are mainly offer to the students.
Campus Life :
Our Techfest named as Tarangini and it is conducted in the month of february-march. There are sufficient books available in the library. There is a sports tournament organised every year. There many of games included. There is a club in the college named as CAS(Creative Art Society), that is work for any function or occasion organised in the college campus.
Hostel Facilities :
There is a hostel available for girls, provides facility like beds,almirahs and table chair for the study. There's a mess, serves a good quality of food that provides seasonal vegetables in the menu. All information for taking admission in the hostel is available on the college website and it is so affordable as compared to local PGs. We pay 22200 for 6 months that mean 4700 per month and in local PGs, it takes 6000-7000 pr month and not much facilities are available.
