Remarks :

I've cleared the JET entrance exam to get admission to this college. You can search "JET application form with respective year i.e., 2022" on any search engine to find the application form. The application fee is Rs. 550 and the application can only be filled between the 4th week of March to the 3rd week of June. There are various agriculture entrance exams through which you can get admitted to this college.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose this course because I wanted to study plants, fruits, and vegetables. The faculty: student ratio is 1:30. The faculty here are well qualified. Some are assistant professors, some are Ph.D. scholars, nearly every faculty member is highly educated and very well at teaching. Term exams are being held after 2 months each, and then there is a semester exam. The difficulty level of exams is intermediate.

Class Size : 28Course Fees : INR 5000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

There is no internship with stipends. There are several projects you can do with the coordination of professors on the campus itself or outside the campus too. You can get involved in various projects and events based on your course.

Placement Experience :

Students will be able to get placed once they complete their degrees. About 75-80% of students get placed every year and the highest salary offered is 4 LPA and the lowest salary offered is 1.2 LPA. I'm planning to go for higher studies after getting the degree.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The cost of study here is very affordable. The fee per semester is so low that everyone can afford it. Also, the hostel and mess fee is very less. Till now, I've not heard about an internship with a stipend. But yeah, overall it's the best and most cost-efficient college for this course.

Campus Life :

I haven't witnessed any annual fest till now. Yes, there was some tree planting that took place on the campus. The library here is big enough for students, there are 1000s of books and journals in there. Classrooms are comfortable and have enough space to sit and study properly. There are several sports grounds available for outdoor sports. This is a government college, so no, there are no social groups or clubs being run by students.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel rooms have normal size beds in them and rooms are well cleaned and bathrooms are hygienic. The meal quality at the mess is also very good and hygienic. You can do the registration online at the college website and the fee is also very affordable.

Placement Experience:

They provide placement but not related to your course like I am a BSc AG student but they provide me sales job in IT company. Overall they are good in placement. If I told my experience then I don't act for placement I go for higher study because I want to do masters in AG science.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are many courses that are available here.. They offer a variety of courses. Fees are also affordable and lesser than other colleges. I have chosen Bsc hons in Agriculture because they have a very large area for field work. Different types of plants, trees etc are there to make the student learn about it. The agriculture labs, pharmacy labs, btech labs are very well maintained. They teach with the help of books. They also have a central library. They also take projector classes.. Collge reporting time is 9:30 and departure is 4:30. They take 50 minutes of each classes with a mid interval of half an hour for lunch.

I am studying Bsc Agriculture. Nowadays Bsc agriculture is good for job searchings and good for future conditions. The faculty is good in my college. One every subject has one teacher and teachers provide good knowledge to the students and provide practical knowledge. I will give 8 out of 10 for the teaching skills of my teachers. every teacher in my college Is a Ph.D. scholar. Their teaching skills are good. There are two semesters in a year. I belong to an Agriculture family so I choose the Agriculture course. The faculty is too good, knowledgeable, helpful, and supportive. and different types of faculty are available for the subject. It is one of the best emerging engineering college in Roorkee

Admission:

There is no entrance exam for this course. The admission process is very easy. You can take admission in the month of May to July. The minimum qualification required to apply for the B.Sc Bachelor of Agriculture is 50-60% in 10+2 with Science (Maths or Biology) from a recognized college. There is no entrance exam, the admission is taken on merit of 10+2. the cutoff is 60 % in 10+2.

Placement Experience:

The students got knowledge in classrooms along with their internship provided by the college with various organizations related to agriculture and the visits of the students to different places related to their course work like FRI, Patanjali Research center and herbal garden, KVKs and many more, help students to enhance their knowledge in various fields.
