Remarks :

There are no age criteria but the applicant must be from Jharkhand and must have a Residential Certificate. To apply, you can go to the official site of JCECEB and look for the Polytechnic Entrance Exam. First, you need to give the entrance exam then go through the counselling which happens online.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I am a student of Electrical Engineering. I choose this course because I had a special interest in circuits and motors. The facilities are good and enough in ratio to the students. The exams are not difficult if the syllabus is studied thoroughly.

Class Size : 50Course Fees : INR 2605 per year

Placement Experience :

The placements provided at GPA are the best. The students of the 5th & 6th sem and the last year are eligible for the campus drives. Companies like TATA STEEL Long Products, TATA Power, JSPL, JSW, L&T and AMNS come for placement. The average package offered is about 2.5 Lakh per annum. The average placement is 80% to 90%.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure is as follows: 1st year: 1805 2nd year: 2605 3rd year: 2605 Apart from these, you have to pay 1000 as an examination fee every semester. The campus placement is one of the best of Jharkhand.

Campus Life :

We generally have the two fests every year namely: Fresher's party & Farewell. Apart from these, we have a great Independence Day and Republic Day program as the college land is shared with a CRPF battalion. We have a Library and many books. The latest desks are available in the classrooms. We also have access to the CRPF ground for sports & activities.

My college review by ex student.

Placement Experience:

5th semester to 6th-semester students was eligible for campus selection. The highest average package was 150000 per annum at that time. Like Yamaha auto profile etc. were coming for giving placement approx 60-70 placement were made yearly. Student above 75% can get a placement if they pass the interview. I was always keen forward towards automobile field and technical works.

Government polytechnic adityapur review

Placement Experience:

After the 5th sem, you'll be eligible for the placement. Many core companies visit our campus like TATA POWER, TATA STEEL, JINDAL STEEL, ADITYA MITTAL NIPPON STEEL, CEAT, L&T. Average package is around 3 LPA. In Electrical almost more than 50% of the batch gets placed every year. This time in my junior batch 18 of them was placed in TATA power out of a batch of 50.

The college with the best placements

Placement Experience:

The placement of GPA is excellent with an average of 80% to 85% of students placed in MNCs every year. Some of the companies are L&T, TATA Power, Arcelor Mittal Nippon Steel and JSPL. The highest package offered is 5 Lakh per annum and the average is about 2.6 to 2.8 Lakh per annum.

Best Polytechnic College of Our Jharkhand, Government Polytechnic Adityapur

Placement Experience:

My planned is to get placement in a good companies like TATA Steels ,Jindal Steels etc, and also preparing for government jobs SSS JEE,RRB JEE NTPC and others .And also preparing for other government jobs.

Postive points of the college are its infrastructure, Labs , Proper drinking water etc. There are 2 canteens where we can get food , drinks, and basic needs. Quality of food in these canteeens are also good. There is less negative points which could be neglected.
