Remarks :

Due to students efforts a healthy environment is being infilterated in the campus. Breaking bounderies of the places which all of us come from its a microcysm of the society. Bad quality of education imparted should be uplifted.

Entrance Preview :

Entrance exam MHCET score -188/200i opted for this college because i am a local from pune. And its one of the best in my state.

Course Curriculum Overview :

It was a hectic job, since its a med school the college is good and follows the curriculum handed down by muhs, nashik from the second year onwards.

Internships Opportunities :

General stipened is offered internship is hectic but we get exposed to various cases. Its the biggest hospital in state so patient load is huge. The stipened is scanty though, and absolutely no fascilites as such for interns.

Placement Experience :

I think the name itself is enoguh to get jobs from here. Because it is so difficult to crack the entrance exam and get a seat in this institute. After doing your mbbs you are placed in a phc. RHC in the state wtith handsome payments.

College Events :

Vedant during ganesh festival it includes all extracurricular activitiesmounteneiring groups going 3-4 times a year to nearby ghatsavishkar for the creative minds and various symposiums.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Feasible many of the students get freeships & scholarships, een the fees is not much pretty affordable especially for poor students for st /sc candidates 100% freeship for obc candidates 50% freeship.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Yes especially for poor students for st /sc candidates 100% freeship for obc candidates 50% freeship minorities & the above candidates also get scholarships from the government. Also the top ranking candidates are granted various scholarships.

Hostel Facilities :

Mess is cheap and affordable there 4 canteens & many dabba wallas ,and its a market place surrounded by many restaurants if you get boared. That is not an isue at all.

Alumni/Alumna :

Seniors are helpfull and there is no ragging nowadays, alumni is helpfull learned, skilled but too busy to teach however mos tof the lectures are taken by the seniors.

Exam Structure :

It is hectic MBBS course itself has got the maximum number of examinations the college acts according to th emuhs guidelines.

Course Curriculum Overview:

MBBS is one of the best course and to be a doctor was my dream.I wanted to save lives of people. In BJGMC Pune a batch is of 250 students which is again divided in a batch of 25 students. There is 2 teachers for a single batch. The faculties are well qualified and all are doctors with good degrees. The lectures are mainly in offline method. Powerpoint, Diagrams, Practicals are used by them. The Practicals are well taken by the teachers.Multiple revisions are taken and the concept is made perfect by the staff.Speaking of exams there are two term exams and a one prelims.Terms are of 100 theory and 50 practicals for each subject. While prelims are of 200 theory and 100 practicals for each paper. All the exams are after a Gap of 4-5 months.A averge student who attends lectures and study regulary passes the exams easily. At the end of the year there is a University Exams like those of the prelims. After passing these the student is promoted/passed to the next standard or year. All the Best

Admission:

I passed my 12th standard with average marks in all the three main subjects and I have given NEET, so my profile matched with MBBS course requirements. There was an entrance test with 3 question papers each of 100 marks by which the admission process starts. If you pass the test, documents, and fees to be submitted for confirmation.

Placement Experience:

There are several internship opportunities as you finish three years as the final year is for an internship. It is not fixed in which hospital the internship is done but it is mandatory. University was a great help as many seniors got to the internship at the same university where they study but there are no placement opportunities.

Remarks:

Academically, my college can be considered amonst the best in the country. Where it lacks is in terms of hygienic food. The college management as well as the alumni are very helpful and try to solve our problems in every way possible but at the same time they are strict which can be considered good.
