Remarks :
The admission process is very simple in this University. I took admission in Bsc (Hons) in Biotechnology. The eligibility of this course is 55% in class 12th with chemistry and Biology as compulsory subjects. To apply to this University, go to Brainware University's web page and find the application form, fees, and date. Then you have to give the entrance exam. You have to score 50 marks out of 100. And then visit campus for other details.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because I have an interest in Biology and I want to go into the research field. The teachers here mostly have PhD degrees. They are so helpful and friendly. You can ask them doubts multiple times. They also take care of the student's mental health. In every semester there will be some class tests that encourage the students to perform better. The exams are not much difficult if you study thoroughly. No question is asked outside the syllabus.
Internships Opportunities :
As I am in my First year, I don't know much about Internship opportunities and the roles offered under internships. But I can say that it's a great college to get your admission. It can prepare you for your placements and all.
Placement Experience :
Placements are quite good in the University. Many students got placed in big and different companies every year. After the 3rd year students can get placed to different companies. The highest package is 6 lac per annum. More than 95% of students get placed every year.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fees for this course are affordable. The overall fee is Rs297000 but I got 237000 as I got a 60000 scholarship. There are different types of scholarships available. The university held webinars for students.
Campus Life :
As I got admission in 2021 so I don't know much about campus life but I visited obce there. The environment is excellent and green. There is a huge fountain at the entrance, a huge playground, food court which provides tasty foods. The classrooms are neat and clean. The library is so huge, it's perfect to study there peacefully. Every sort of books and journals are available in the library. There are many clubs where we can join and show our talent and creativity.
Hostel Facilities :
As I got admission during the pandemic I don't know much about hostels but I visited hostel rooms once. The hostel is so neat and clean and is surrounded by trees, so green. As I heard from others that the meal given is healthy and tasty, and you is affordable. The registration process is simple. You just have to contact the person who took your admission responsibility. He/she will give you details.
