Remarks :

This college doesn't need any entrance exam because it is a private college. This college provides only B.Tech courses on CSE, CE, EE, ECE, ECSE, and this college is also for Diploma students. Application forms and dates are provided on the website of TECHNO COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AGARTALA. Honestly, say this college provides many scholarships for ST/SC/OBC and General too, for this reason, I am in this college. The admission process is quite good there is no need for any improvement even there are numbers given on website on which you can call for getting details of the college.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose this course because I wanted to an Er in the future. Faculty members are much supportive and the ratio is quite generous. The maximum of the professors are Ph.D. holders and are Supportive. In each semester there consist of two exams 1.mid term and another is 2 . Finals along with the internal exams that are taken as class tests.

Class Size : 80Course Fees : INR 100000 per year

Placement Experience :

From the 5th semester, students will be eligible for campus placements. All of this information is given on the TCEA website only. As per my knowledge maximum of the students gets placement on campus and off-campus too. I plan to explore more on my stream and get to know more about it.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

In each semester students have to pay Rs 50,000 and most importantly this college gives the best stipend to all castes students. Some of the names of the scholarship are Ishan Uday, Ekh Kanya, and so on.

Campus Life :

Until now due to the covid situation, we haven't got any fests so far but faculty members have promised us that our fest will be done soon. Books are available in the library but only study books which are for semester exams. There are many groups, clubs, and extracurricular activities going on in college.

The overall college is really good you will enjoy a lot

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:

tuition tuition fee is like it will depends on the early income of your family if it's lower than 1 lakh there are some subsidies and if it's like between 1 to 5 legs there different subsidies and if it's over 5 or 8 legs the fee is really really high it's like 72 80k for each and every semester and the if I talk about the hostel fee the hostel fees around 30000 semester

Let's know all about NIT Agartala

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students are getting offered for college placements. There are total 300-400 companies visit in our college and make around 600-700 offers. I got placed in ORC ENGINEERING having a LPA of 2.5-3.5 . The highest package of 2024 year is round 40 lakhs and average package is roughly around 5 LPA. Around Total 60% students placed this year. My next plan is to prepare for gate exams along with my jobs.

A Good College

Placement Experience:

Students can sit for placement from 3rd year itself. Though it is highly unlikely that placement offers come in 3rd year as it comes mostly in 4th year, but there has been cases where 3rd year students also get placed. Besides placement, one can even get good internships which based upon their performance can later get turned to a placement offer. Many good companies have visited and have hired students from this college.

A student's perspective of NIT Agartala

Placement Experience:

The student become eligible for campus placement after sixth semester. Gennerally, students who maintained their cgpa above 7.5 gets placed. There were many companies which visited for placements. Software firms such as Oracle, Nvidia, Paypal, Seimens, Paytm, Rapido, Mathworks, Dell, Qualcomm, Chargebee, etc. Core manufacturing companies such as Vedanta oil and gas, Dalmia, Maruti suzuki, CEAT tyres, Ashok Leyland, etc. The percentage rate of placement is around 85%. The highest package is INR 52 LPA offered to CSE and EE branch students. Also Oracle offered placements to around 20 students with CTC of INR 35 LPA. Average package of CSE if INR 14.5 LPA whereas for ECE, it is INR 13.84 LPA. After getting the degree, my plan is to get good placement from the college where i can get good work experience and also i am planning to do masters from IIt for which i will prepare for gate examination.
