Remarks :

The process of releasing multiple cutoff makes all processes very complex. There is a 7 to 8 cutoff so it's quite difficult to focus on each cutoff. And one more thing is with the admission cancellation part if i get in a college A in 1st cutoff and i take the admission in it but in next round, I am getting another good college then i have to cancel my admission from college A but the paid fee will not refund at instant so we have to pay another amount to second college and College A refund the fee lately, sometimes it's not easy to pay the fee in multiple colleges.

Course Curriculum Overview :

My course curriculum is consists of two parts, the first is Theory second is practical. The theory part is very good in terms of teaching but the experience of the practicals are not that much good because there are very fewer numbers of equipments in the lab and mostly doesn't work properly so this is a major concern, but apart from that teachers are really well educated and professional they have really good knowledge of the subjects but they are only supportive till the academics

Internships Opportunities :

There are many internship opportunities in my college. There is an internship cell for this purpose which ensures the availability of a good intership and they are very supportive as well. There are multiple profiles for the internships.

Placement Experience :

3rd year students are eligible for Placements. But there is rationality in the Placements because the placement cell only focuses on some course that has a background in commerce and economics so the availability of placement opportunities is less for science students. Highest package from our college is 19.5 lacks and the median package is 6.4 lacks in 2020-2021. But if i talk about the electronics degree, there are very less opportunities in that particular field because its a 3 year degree in electronics so you are not either from B.tech or from diploma. It's a new course.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure is about 24515 per annum. So the cost of study is relatively less. College also provides some scholarships but I wasn't fulfilling the eligibility criteria so I don't have much knowledge about that particular thing.

Campus Life :

There are many societies and clubs in Hansraj College. There are different types of society like Drama, Environment, Placements, Singing, dancing, etc. They will conduct their individual fest in the month of February. There is an annual college fest also named Confluence. The college library has two floors. First is for science and second is for arts. There are many numbers of books in the library of different courses. If any body wants to issue the books the procedure is also very easy. Some classes are equipped with AC but most of the part is not. College playground is also not big there is very fixed area to do any sports activities.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel rooms are good but we have to share them with one more person So the overall space is not much for 2 persons. Also they don't provide any AC and Cooler in the room. The food quality is one of the highlights of Hansraj Hostel. They provide very High-quality food in mess. The affordability of the hostel fee is quite a high , it's one of the expensive hostels in the whole University. There is a registration process along with a personal interview. In interview they will ask general questions basically they want to know that you need a hostel for what reason.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I always excelled in mathematics in school. So, i decided to pursue it for higher studies. You should only choose this course if you want to make a career in mathematics field for example if you want to become a mathematics professor, go into research, become a data scientist or clear exams like JAM, NET, JRF. They do teach softwares like R which is very important but they should include more technologies and coding languages into the course as well. Special mention: if you want to pursue a career in data science i wouldn't recommend this course. I think a computer major would be more helpful.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was always interested in studying chemistry since school so I opted for this course. The course is well built and designed in order to build your interest in this field. The college provides enough industrial visits to encourage you in the same field and organises sufficient conferences regarding the same. There are no such improvements required in the faculty except a few. Exams used to happen semester wise after every 5 months. We only used to prepare for these, only a few teachers asked us to solve an assignment and nothing much.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In my opinion my course syllabus is good and better then some of the other courses. This course helps and prepares students for the real world application as it is a practical course and have all the industrial related topics in it. In my opinion the college should offer more industrial vists for the students. The difficulty level of exams is Average.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I gave Entrance and I qualified and I have no option other than this course. Our Faculty is a mixture, as we have to study Physics Chemistry and Mathematics so we have three 3 departments. Student teacher ratio is 10:1. All teachers are PhD Professor. they wrote many books also, their teaching is according to UGC syllabus. they provide notes. There is Semester exam after 6 months and one test in one month of each subject. You have to prepare your notes in a very well way to obtain good marks.
