Remarks :
Admission to this college depends upon various factors. The one is the cut-off marks. And the other one is in your category. You can find the application form of this college on gcghumarwin.org.in and full details of our course are on the portal. I have not availed of reservation benefits but Reservation helps very much to get admission into our college. Our college charges less fee to candidates who have reservation facility. The only improvement I want here is a new building and to provide a transportation facility to students.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I have chosen this course because I want to become a teacher. So I found this course helpful and I am also interested in the subjects taught in this course. The faculty Student Ratio is approximately 1:55 as per my knowledge. Faculties are highly qualified. Many of them are professors and many of them are Doctors (Ph.D. holders). Our course is based on a year system instead of a semester system so we have to give MTT i.e. Midterm test in the middle of the year and the final at the last of the year. Our Exams are easy to pass depending on your preparation.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Our college hardly hikes the fees after 2 years. And the maximum hike is hardly rs200. The cost to study is very less as it is a government college. This college provides many scholarships to needy and Deserving students. One of them is the IRDP scholarship which is provided to the students whose families are under the poverty line. Actually, as it is a government campus so no job placement is given to the students.
Campus Life :
The name of the annual fest of our college is The Prize Distribution Function which is conducted at the starting and end of the year. i.e. in the month of February and November. Sometimes One month earlier or later. You will find every journal in our library. And the books in our library are the best. You will find the oldest as well as the latest book in our library. Classrooms are airy, neat, and clean. And projectors are provided in some rooms. Various sports are played in our college and our college provides opportunities to boys as well as girls to participate in any of the games. Various extracurricular activities also took place in our college. There are various social groups in our college. Some of them are NCC, NSS, etc. No there is no such website for students run by students.
