Remarks :

Min eligibility for this specialized course is 60% in your 12 th examination. You can find the application form on lpu website easily on internet with min of 500 rupees as the application fees. Lots of scholarship is offered by this college and different reservation like sports qoutas are there. The admission process is very simple and you need to give lpunest exam to apply for scholarship or the specified courses.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I have choosen this course as it offers great knowledge about financial markets and therefore specialised courses related to that. Apart from this it also offers 10 affiliated NSE certificates. Faculty: student ratio is 1:20. Faculty have high qualification like mphil or masters or post graduation in the required field. Teachers teach through ppts and share news related to field daily for practical exposure. Some teachers do not have good knowledge about the course overall it is good. Exams are held on quarterly basis like mte or ete. Apart from focusing in class you can perform well by studing 1-2 night before the ete. But assignments are on regular based

Internships Opportunities :

Before starting 5 th semester you need to do a summer internship. Lovely Professional University provides students great opportunities for internships and it also provides on-campus or off-campus internship opportunities.

Placement Experience :

From 5 th semester students are eligible and they have to do summer internship before starting of 5 th semester. LPU provides lots of colleges for placement and have a good annual package for students. Average package is 4-6 lpa. The highest package for this course was 14 lpa. It offers 80-90% placements.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees of lovely professional University is quite affordable compared to other colleges. It offers various courses and also provide various scholarships. Sports scholarship, scholarship on basis of 10 and 12 marks, scholarship on your current cgpa, scholarship obtained from the entrance paper lpunest and various other scholarships are provided. Mess is quite affordable and being a private university it is good. Around annual expenditure including hostels and mess is 1.5-2 lakh per year

Campus Life :

Lovely Professional University has the second-largest campus in India with 600 acres. It is one of the safest campuses also both for boys and girls with maximum security guards and CCTV cameras. Lots of fests are organized annually and the events keep on going, overall campus life at lpu is fun as lots of celebrities and sportspersons keep on visiting. It also has one of the biggest Libraries and offers a variety of sports and other extracurricular activities. There are a lot of social groups and organizations even business school itself has 9-15 clubs.

Hostel Facilities :

I am currently having 3 seater ac room. And the hostel room is kind of ok ok types. The mess is above average and the hostel itself has great fun. You have a department shop inside your hostel and registration for a hostel is quite easy and can be done on uma portal of lup online.

Placement Experience:

After the 4th semester, students become eligible for the campus placements. Many companies such as ACCENTURE, ASSENCIA, HDFC, AMUL etc visit in the college and approx 15-20 students per company are being placed by each company. The average package is 240000 per year. Students getting placed are very meritorious and intelligent having a good percentile in their courses. My plans after the degree was to be a marekting person coz I think marketing is the future.

Lovely is so Lovely

Placement Experience:

Talking to the placement in LPU it's amazing. Last year one of our seniors got the highest package of Rs 42 Lakhs per annum and got placed in one of the dream company of every student MICROSOFT. In LPU our motive is to get placed as soon as we complete the course. Once you take admission in LPU they start focusing on your personality development which helps you to get placed in big MNCs. In LPU we have amazing teachers who support you in each and every field in which you face difficulties, In LPU over the past years, more than 450 MNCs comes to our campus and took students from every field. We also have a strong alumni network which helps us to get placed in MNCs.

Entrance Preview:

Firstly you'll have to write an aptitude test which is quite simple and easy, if you pass in that you'll have to go for a personal interview, Just make sure you are confident and speak good English. They as normal question about yourself, family background and stuff. Nothing Complicated.

Placement Experience:

Yes many companies came to our college. They started coming before the last semester ends .I was lucky to pre-selected inn two companies one was Amazon and was Genpact. But most of the companies were not that good all low profile companies , other were startup companies.
