Entrance Preview :

The selections for my college are held through AMUEEE (Aligarh Muslim University Engineering Entrance Test). There are around forty to fifty thousand competitors for around 400 seats, hence the competition is too high. I scored around 70 marks out of 150. (I was internal student).

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course curriculum of most of the departments of college is revised time to time to match with the latest trends.

Internships Opportunities :

I didn't go for internship. Internship is not mandatory here, unlike some other colleges. Though some students have done internships voluntarily in good companies like ST, micro, electronics, Maruti etc. Many students also get shortlisted for internships in IITs.

Placement Experience :

Placements are nice, but are not as good as IITs and some NITs. If I talk about my branch Computer Engineering, Some of the past recruiters has been Amazon (19.5 LPA), Adobe (8.3 LPA), ThoughtWorks (6.5 LPA), Snapdeal (6 LPA), NTG (around 10-12 LPA), NEC (4 LPA), TCS (3.3 LPA), Wipro (around 3 LPA), Tejas Networks etc.

College Events :

There are several national level annual fests which usually are conducted each year, like Paradigm, Zarf etc .Zarf is official national level college fest.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

It is one of the cheapest colleges of India. Annual fee for a non-resident B.Tech student is Rs. 3605/- only.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

No, as far as I know, there is no scholarships are currently offered by College, and I think it is not needed either, seeing the extremely cheap fee structure of college. Though many scholarship opportunities from Government and College Alumnus, which generally student avail.

Campus Life :

Campus life is amazing. Aligarh Muslim University is having one of the best infrastructure in the country. We have many technical clubs like Robotics and Programming club, and a cultural club for focusing on personality development of student.

Exam Structure :

There is semester system in college, means two final exams each session.There are also mid-semester examinations each semester.There are usually good number of preparation gaps between papers.

The Campus life

Placement Experience:

Placement of the college is decent highest package was 30 lac per annum and average is 6-7 lac per annum....From 6th semester u are eligible for the campus placements.... companies that visited are- IBM, TCS,etc I just don't remember now there are many... percent of students getting placements are near about 80% i guess

Placement Experience:

The placement is very good in my college. From the 7th semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. Many companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Mahindra etc do visit my college. The highest package is 16 lacs per annum and the average package is 4 lacs per annum. 95 % of students of the batch get placement every year. Best college for developing startup skills

Remarks:

The best part of this college is that it has an incubation centre which is governed by the DST government of India to promote new innovative ideas and mould the incubator to start there startup and became an entrepreneur.

Admission:

I always want to become a mechanical engineer because innovation and technology attracts me. This college focuses on innovation and entrepreneurship Development skill and this is the main reason to select this college.
