Remarks :
After I completed my B.com I decided to do Mba so I applied for Ts Icet it is an entrance test.if u get a good Rank in the entrance test you will get a seat in the top colleges of your choice.I got 60000 ranks in ICET and got admission into St.marys.there are two quotas Convenor and management.In cover you can apply for a scholarship .TS ICET can be applied on the official website and you will get a hall ticket.students can get scholarships if they are from reserved communities. Eligibility of MBA is A UG with 50% in commerce.the admission needs to be improved a little bit.
Course Curriculum Overview :
MBA is only 2 years course and I choose the course because i always wanted to study business management and accounting.There will be 2 semesters each year and total of 4 semesters. In the final year, there are Projects which help very much in learning business.the faculty members at st. marys college are very good and equally qualified. there are two lecturers for every class the ratio is 2:40.faculty members use easily understandable methods so that students can remember everything.there will be two term exams each year which are very easy if you attend college regularly and prepare well.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I think the fees is Affordable for Mba at st.marys.management students have to pay more fees than conveynor and also conveynor students can apply for minority scholarship and get the full tution fees from government.tution fees is not much hiked and is pretty same every year but library and other fees may increase occasionally.college will also provide financial assistance you need to contact Managing Director for that Before admission.you can work in cafeteria or other stores in the campus other than there are no jobs.
Campus Life :
It is a vast campus with many facilities like gym and three types of playgrounds prayer halls auditorium etc.every year there is a annual fest organised which celebrities attend.freshers day is also celebrated on year end.the library is very big with every type of books.class rooms have good infrastructure and projector facility.many sports tournaments are organised in the campus like cricket football and volleyball.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel facility is not that good.the food is very bad and ac are not available.The fees is very high compared to other hostels.After 1 year i shifted to nearby Private PG hostel.we used get chicken 1 time a week.there are very good pg hostels nearby college.there is no avialability of laundry in hostel.
