No entrance examination I took. As per course 30 open management seat is readily available.I scored 79% in plus two. This college has a history of 20 years teaching and low fees structure comparitively.

Internships Opportunities :

Yes, The stipend is given to the intern trainees. During the last year the D.pharm doctors are posted in hospitals and assigned duty for an year and others review them and provide them internship certificate and also stipend nearly 5 k Indian rupee.

Placement Experience :

Students have no trouble finding coveted positions in reputed corporate and business houses that visit the campus every year, offering an excellent salary package on par with international standards. We started a dedicated placement cell headed by a senior person.

College Events :

Republic day, pongal celebration, Easter celebration, Onam celebration, Christmas celebration, Diwali celebration, pharmacy week, aids days these days celebrations are organised in college. The basic theme of the event is to imagine as if you are a BRAND AMBASSADOR, and you have to endorse the brand.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fees is comparatively low 25000 admission fees and 1.5 lakh yearly fees. Examination fees per paper is paid separately. The performance of students in the qualifying board exam is the main criteria for selection towards Pharm.D program.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel fees for Fergusson College For academic year 2016–2017 is Rs. 30000 for Boy’s hostel. But hostel is the place to stay in campus and in nearby areas. Mess charges are Rs 2200 per month. Hostel is quite a old structure but it’s really the best.

Exam Structure :

In Pharm D program the course evaluation criteria is based upon the PCI regulations. The students are evaluated on their theoretical as well as the practical knowledge base. There will be internal as well as the external assessments.

Admission :

Submit your certificates and make a payment of 25000 through demand draft and thus completely book your seat. Then fill your personal forms and attend the interview. The whole details of the fee structure and if needed the loan facility will be arranged by the college and they also provide nice hostel facility too for the both girls and the boys out there studying in the college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I had chosen pharmacy because it has a wide scope in the field of research and development in the future. 1:25 is the ratio of faculty: to students. The faculties are too good, they are very helpful for our studies.

Remarks:

I don't find any flaws in our college in terms of course or academics. Office staffs could perform better and can try to give a bit more attention and respect to students rather than treating them as if they're some slaves waiting for their sign and attention

Remarks:

If you're sure about shining from Pharmacy field then JSS would be the best choice for it. There is a belief in the pharma world If you go to any industry or Hospital with pharmacy graduates working with them then you are mist likely to find at least one Graduate from JSS. That's the strength of JSS and in almost 99% of the case the belief is true.
