Course Curriculum Overview :

B.Ed is a degree that is mandatory with teaching related jobs. There are mainly theory courses in the first year of the program. Students will have to choose any two teaching subjects that they come to know at graduation and postgraduation level. Philosophy of education, Holistic education, Educational psychology, guidance and counselling etc are the topics studied in B.Ed.

Some of these scholarships are - Sri Kalyaneshwar Temple Scholarship, Aditya Ram Barthwai Scholarship, Shyam Charan Scholarship etc. The top six BEd students are granted for monthly Rs 200 aa scholarship based on the merit of their entrance exam.

Campus Life :

Library, Separate hostel for boys and girls, Sports Complex, labs etc can be seen here. The cafeteria offers fresh and tasty food. There is a convenience store and medical facility in the campus area.

Admission :

Uttarakhand Joint Entrance Test is the eligibility for applying to this course with a minimum of 45% marks in the graduation level. Subjects can be chosen from the University's offer list.

My college from my eyes

Course Curriculum Overview:

The teachers there were very sincere and did there job professionally that drew my attention. It helped me in clarity regarding my academic pursuits and career. The teaching methods can be improved by using the digital methods of teaching video lectures, graphics, picture,videos related to topic and showing how the concept is applicable in our daily lives. Dav pg college dehradun's b. Ed course : inexpensive, easy and underrated

Course Curriculum Overview:

I was preparing for govt exams but couldn't clear any. So I decided to try my hand in this field by acquiring b. Ed govt seat. Also I have always enjoyed teaching. There are 47 students in the class and 6 teachers. All the teachers are excellent. And also very humble. There is no pressure of any kind on students. Classroom environment is very light and easy. Almsot all faculty members are phd holders, and all are highly Qualified. Lectures are more like stories rather than conventional notes making type. Internals exams and externals are held once in each semester. The level of the examination is easy. A student can easily pass after studying the syllabus. There ave been many assignments given and activities performed. Class tests have also taken. There are 4 lectures in a day. Classes are taken Regularly. DAV's b. Ed is quite different from other ug pg courses. There is regularity in everything.

For anybody who has an interest in teaching could do this course. The college has six teachers. They will reach you in all four semesters which includes teaching practice in schools in the second semester. There are about 60 students per batch.
