Shikha Jain's Review On VIT Bhopal University, Bhopal

Remarks :

I came to be aware of VIT Bhopal from my seniors who attended the college. They suggested it would be the best place to pursue BBA because of its high ranking among private universities in India. It has been recognized as the no.1 private institution for innovation and as an institution of Eminence by the government. These statuses made VIT Bhopal stand out from my other choices. I got direct admission since I had scored more than 50% in 12th.

Course Curriculum Overview :

BBA was the perfect course for me in order to get into the career of my choice. The BBA curriculum at VIT Bhopal prepares you for various managerial challenges you might face in your career. About 136 professors were there at my college, belonging to different departments. My teachers regularly conducted activities in relation to our course curriculum. The semester exams held at the end of each semester determined our performance.

Placement Experience :

Students from our college get placed into prestigious companies such as Amazon, VISA, Virtusa, Microsoft, HP, etc. Around 80 - 90% students are placed each year. The highest package students are offered during placement drives goes up to 45.03 lpa . The average would be around 6 to 7 lpa . I landed a position with Virtusa in my third year with an average lpa package.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

In my first year, I paid 70,000 in the form of tuition fees. The following 2 years I had to pay 69,000 each. There was no unexpected hike in fee at any point. My course also included internship programs for credits. Students had the choice to opt for paid internships during their course. I was not aware of any scholarship programs offered at my college.

Campus Life :

The campus is filled with students from various parts of India. We had a lot of clubs like community development clubs, sports clubs, technical clubs, arts, and music clubs, etc. Our most interesting cultural event was 'Advitya'. Our library, auditorium, classrooms, etc were all spacious and of state-of-the-art infrastructure.

For compus placement in the 6 th semester and eligibility criteria Is all around not have any ATKT in the exams and and maintain the 7.5 CGPA in all the semester exams. The companies like Dell , Leo , Infosys, TATA , and etc. The highest package in my course is around 6 LPA and the average package is around 2.5 LPA . And the percentage of students should getting placement is 60 percent. And my plan is I am not interested to get any placement from my college. I will choose to go for an MBA in any other college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

So in today's world everyone wants to do startup or want to become enterpreneour because job doesnt pay you good amount of salary and the work load is very high. So i always wants to open a business and for that i opt for BBA which is very helpful although the teaching techique should change as it gets boring only hearing theory all the time maybe teacher should try different method of teaching which involves practical info and also something where students also have to participate. No problem with the exam timing its not an issue

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose BBA because it is very good for business and after that, it is very easy to do an MBA. The playground of this campus is very nice and the classrooms here are big enough to help all the kids to sit together and the classrooms are well equipped with blackboards and benches. More than 5000 children study on this campus. The teacher here is very qualified and their way of teaching is also good. Here the exam is year-wise and the paper is very average and everyone passes easily.

Placement Experience:

There is a compulsory 2 month summer internship during the 2nd year, for which the college placement committee calls various companies for campus recruitment. Companies like Zomato, Deloitte, HDFC, and many more have hired freshers as well as interns. The average package is around 4-5 LPA. 60-70% of students have been placed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because it offered specialization in HR, Marketing and Finance. There are around 7-8 faculty members for 60 students. The faculties, except for a few of them are well qualified in their alloted subject to teach. The teaching method has not been that good as the teachers aren't able to have every students' attention and it sometimes becomes so hard for students to be able to know the concept of the subject. The mode of exams and the level of difficulty was fine for some subjects. But, a few of them did very strict checking even though they didn't teach us that well.
