Entrance Preview :
There is no any entrance exam I took to join in my college, instead I have attend the Anna University counselling to get a seat by using cut of marks which I have received form my higher secondary marks.
Course Curriculum Overview :
There is nothing to be researched if it a course provided by the Anna University, since all the college under the Anna University must follow the same syllabus throughout the course completion. In terms of course curriculum the content is more than the actual practical. And each subjects theory timing given was more than particles session given by the Anna University.
Internships Opportunities :
Internship options are there, during the last semester project, but it was not given by our college, college will just give permission to take nothing more any assistance will be provided form there end. When there is no internship given by college then obviously no stipend.
Placement Experience :
Some of the consultancy companies will come by every year, and people who are all clear are allowed to attend and almost all the companies will be bpo companies. No any core company from any back ground will be provided by our college. Be frank I had arrears during by 6 th sem so I didn't attend the interview, but I have heard people who attended the interview none of them got placed.
College Events :
Every year we have symposium for each department in our college, each student have to contribute money and do the symposium. From management some of the money would be spend. And we have cultural every years before cultural we have sports competition and many competing activities where people can mold there additional qualities.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
In my terms as per my family back ground the expenses was so expensive, as per the Anna University I had a fees structure amount of 32500 rupees of each year which includeds 2 semester,but when I went for admission the fees bill given to me the amount of 75000. Yes I was shocked because the mess, transport and books was compulsory to buy from the college.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Nothing will provided by the colleges, if any scholarships given means it was done by the government for SC/ST because still government feels they are only poor and we are so rich in terms of caste. Never expect anything in the form or rupees from bhajarang it was one way they will receive never return.
Campus Life :
Campus life as usual all other engineering college no talks with girls, no beards, no slipper and no long hairs for boys. Sports will be provided during cultural for 15 days you will be allowed to participate in sports, no race and religion discrimination in our college.
Hostel Facilities :
I am regular student, about mess food I had paid around 10000 each year and for four years 40000. About food I have to tell I lot all my weight after joining into my college because of the food quality. It was prepared by our college bus drivers most of the time. No non veg at any time. Breakfast and lunch I have to eat in college since it was compulsory and very worst food I ever ate in my life.
Alumni/Alumna :
I am aware that much about the alumni of college, because I never been parts of it. Personally I have helped some of my junior and placed in my company since currently I an working as senior product development analyst and process trainer will my influence I brought few peoples. Because I know the struggle of our college students.
Exam Structure :
Yes, since it is engineering and Anna University exam papers was not so each to pass. We get frequent exams each month and also every day too our college have a structure of cycle test 1,cycle test 2, and 2 model exams before heading to the actual semester exam. Lab exams are not that much difficult since it is very easy to get the score of maximum 50.
Admission :
I get an admission through the Anna University counselling as per the cut off marks of higher secondary school. After reviewing the call later I have attended the counselling based on the date and time provided by the Anna University Chennai. On that particular day I have chosen this college based on the course availability.
Faculty :
Faculty are varied form senior most lecturers to junior lecturer, based on the subject preferences and subject importance this experience play a vast role. But we can see most of the less experience faculty will be there more and limited experienced staffs. But the interest nothing be so difference between less experience or more experience staffs. But yes whoever given me the assistance are fair enough to provide there best.
