Remarks :

The admission is done on your ACPC ranks through the ACPC round on average there are 3 rounds for taking admission. At my time the closing was nearly 1300 but now it is reduced. My percentile 97.8. It is calculated from 60% from boards and 40% gujcet.

Course Curriculum Overview :

There are 3 sessional exam and a final semester. After completing of 4 weeks of study there is a sessional exam. And then viva and practical exam . At end of semester external exam is conducted. You have 36 marks sessional exam each and average is taken of three and practical viva 50 marks. And 60 marks for external and 4 marks for attendence. This all calculates to 150 marks you will require 60 marks to pass. Sessional exams are tough ones but external exams are easy.

Class Size : 160Course Fees : INR 152000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

There are two different times available for the internship. First after completing the 6th sem in summer vacation and other in the 8th sem. You can get both a research internship and an industrial internship as well you work with professors with some projects too.

Placement Experience :

From the 7th sem, you are eligible for placement. Crest, HHAexchange, Infosys, TCS, Amazon, Capgemini, Accenture, and many more. The highest package is more than 30 lacs and the average is nearly 6 lacs. 100% placement in computer. I have not decided yet to go for placement or MS.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees for GIA students is 1500 per year and for SFI students is 15200 per year and for NRI it is double of SFI. You can get MYSY and other scholarship if you are eligible to the apply it. The college placement is so good the average is 5.8 lacs and it is 100%.

Campus Life :

The campus is good but it is old the infrastructure is old because it is one of the oldest Colleges in Gujarat and the first private college in Gujarat to start. The library is good. Then there are many clubs in college like CSI, DSC, MLSA, DDU CONNECT, ECO CLUB, NSS and many more. The classroom is bad that I have to say is very bad. The lighting is improper but labs are extraordinary for Computer students. One tech fest happens in the whole year.

From 8 semester students are eligible for campus placements. Well-known chemical industries like JB chemicals, Sun Pharma, Ami polymers, Jubilant, Aditya Birla etc. The highest package was about 4.5 lakh for chemical engineering was offered. About 97 percent of students got placed.
