Entrance Preview :

I got the management seat from my childhood onwards i was eager to become a chef my passion is cooking so after my 12 i plan on going for hotel management. The reason why i choose this college is that when i was researching about the colleges i came to know that oriental IHM was one of the best.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course is one of the best courses you can get for hotel & hospitality management. It is divided into 6 semesters and the 3-4 semester are the industrial exposure training period. The course consist of two certifications an hospitality and hotel administration degree from NCHMCT & a tourism certificate from IGNOU.

Internships Opportunities :

Yes, 3-4 semester are the training period there is a very strong training and placement dept for our college . The general stipend usually is from 1000-3000 inr and pupils are only placed in 5 star hotels with good reputation.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure is about 35000 inr per semester. Varies from semester to semester. 5000 INR will be there as hostel fees(room+meals). It is a feasible fee structure and the college is straight forward about it the do not charge any extra nor they are collecting any capitation fees.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

College is providing loan facilities under education loans.they are having connections with the banks and it is easy to avail an education loan form the college.

Hostel Facilities :

From my experience the college provides best hostel facilities for students usually a room is shared by four students with attached bathrooms the rooms are huge and proper flooring facilities are there like hotwater ,gym etc. Food is much better than any other hostels daily there will be 2 teas, breakfast, lunch ,dinner with non-veg for any one of these meals the cafeteria kitchen is highly maintained and hygenic.

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Go for BSC electronics if you like Theories.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course cause I wanted to fix every electronics equipments like speakers..but I regretted after taking this course because it mainly focus on the theoretical part and practicals which is basic like creating signals, integrated and differentiated waves. But the last semesters were good practical topics like DSP , ARDUINO,Esp866 are also there.Final year projects will make you a pro,if taken seriously. Students also get opportunities to study programming papers of CS students, which is a good thing helping electronics students to switch between cs and electronics in future.
