Remarks :

I registered in one more University, MSU, Gujrat, just to have my options than I got my name here in the list and what's better than Delhi University. I do avail a quota but it was of no use. Minimum marks in aggregate 45% for eligibility and admission one should check the cut off list, it's different every year.No age limit. You should have passed 12th from any recognised board. (Only Science and Commerce students can take admission in B.com. 2.5% will be deducted for science students (Change of stream). At our time the admission process was offline, we have to first register ourselves on du official website ( online) then wait for the cut off list and take admission in the college whose cut off the list you qualify Eg- You have a total of 85% Marks and the cut off of XYZ college is 87%, wait until the next cutoff and most probably you will get admission in the next cut off. At our time, we have visited the particular college for admission, with all our documents and there were volunteers to help us.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose this course because I wanted to do it. There were about 300 students in b.com and around 5-6 teachers. All the teachers were very well qualified. A semester was about 4 months, in which we had one mid - term exam, viva, practical, sometimes class test and lastly sem end exams.

Internships Opportunities :

Internships are offered by different departments of the college. Internshala was popular, there were a lot of options as per your choice of course. Like accounts, finance etc. Most of the internships were online.

Placement Experience :

Only final year students are eligible for placements.Only 1-2 companies visit college, and even they are no big. I will rate placements as a big zero. Last good package was around 5-6 years back. But, it was really good , some bank visited and one student from b.com was selected.Pay was around 40,000-50,000.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees were very minimum. No hike in fees. Scholarships were offered, take the form from the office and fill it. Placements are offered but they are extremely rare like One in a thousand years ( A good placement).

Campus Life :

Annual fest- Navrang.I will rate it 50-50. It can be organised better but the student union or the crowd of the college( I just don't like). The classroom was the most simple one in the school. Yaaa was good. I don't know much about it.

Other Applied Colleges

Maharaja Sayajirao University | B.com

Just to increase the chances of admission apply in more than just 1 institute.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester the students became eligible for the placement but because average placement of my college is not so good, most of the students don't wait for the college placement. My plan after getting the degree is to study other professional courses in Commerce field.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In my course, bcom (prog), there are few subjects which helps in real world applications such as income tax, gst, accounting, etc which could also help in our future academic pursuits. The difficulty level is not much high if you are well prepared then the exams are easy.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for sitting in Campus placements after completion of Sem 4 exams & can join after graduating. Average package: 7.4 LPA (approx) Highest package: 21 LPA (approx) as per Placement Cell data. Companies such as Deloitte, Wipro, EY, KPMG, Crowe, Morgan Stanley, De shaw & Co, Walmart, PWC, Accenture, Mother Dairy etc took place in the most recent placement drive of our college. If no campus placement is offered, one can go for off campus placements and approach people and companies through LinkedIn. They may also go for Higher Education such as MCom, MBA or any professional courses such as CA, CPA, CFA, FRM etc. I feel Placement Cell of Ramjas College puts its best foot forward in order to bring the best companies on campus, assisting students throughout the process, and smooth onboarding in companies. The efforts of each and every member of the cell are commendable.

Placement Experience:

the placement scenarios starts in the 5th semester. many MNCs visit the college and the most placed students are from b.com and b.com honours. I don't know about the other courses but I don't think they get many opportunities in college placement. average placement for b.com and BCom is around 5 lakh. the highest package ever offered was around 20 lakh as mentioned in college website.

Actually, our college starts campus as a 2nd-year student. And most of the best part of campus is that every student is selected individually for performance and report. If a student is able to clear the campus requirement he or she will be easily selected and his carrier start making
