Remarks :

Cutoffs were announced like every year and my board percentage met the cutoff so I took admission here. I had applied to no other college as I wanted to join this college because it has a NIRF ranking of OD 18. I didn't avail any quota because it was not needed. There was no counseling day.

Course Curriculum Overview :

I chose this course because one of my family members also took this course and is extremely successful and I thought I could get proper guidance for my future. The faculty-student ratio is about 1:13 which is very good in my opinion. We do have professors that are very knowledgeable, however, studying online makes it a drawback as the classes we attend are not very interesting. Semester exams were canceled by Delhi University.

Internships Opportunities :

There is no proper society for internships in our college. However, several links for Internshala fairs are given to us and we are free to search through the companies and apply for internships and look for stipends ourselves. No major projects are there in the college.

Placement Experience :

From the 5th semester, students can apply for campus placements. Companies like Wipro, TCS, and e&y come to the campus for recruitment and hire more than 100 students every year. The highest package is around 10-12 lakhs whereas the average package is around 4-5lakhs per annum. 60-70% of students are normally placed in the college. I plan to look for campus placement as well.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees of the college are very low and affordable so it doesn't really need any kind of scholarship to attend the classes. There has been no hike in fees over the years I have been here. No financial assistance is provided because it is already very affordable.

Campus Life :

The annual fest 'Corpomaze' is conducted by the commerce society of the college. I have heard that the library is spacious and all the books and journals are available in it. Classrooms are not up to the mark though because of the broken tables and chairs. Sports are given importance in the college and we have a very big playground where students can play different sports and work on their skills.

Placement Experience:

College's placement network is exceptional. Companies such as Nation with NAMO, DE Shaw, McKinsey&Company, Big 4s, Accenture, TresVista, Kotak Mahindra, Alvarez and Marsal, Indian Express, Magicpin, Zomato, etc. were some of the major recruiters out of 103+ companies for the academic session 2023-24. The highest package went to Rs. 23.05 LPA by DE Shaw with a median package of 6 LPA. There were a total of 175+ offers made for the session. Students become eligible for placements from 5th semester.

Placement Experience:

The placements are really good. The students are eligible to do internships from the first year itself. But campus placement happens in the third year only. There is a placement cell in the college which is really active. The companies that visit the college are- EY, KPMG, Flipkart, Amazon, Deloitte etc. Above 200+ offers are made . The highest package is 21 LPA and the average packafe is 6-10 LPA. 70-80% students get placed. My plan is to either get a job or do MBA.

The College's placement cell brings a lot of placement and internship opportunities for the students. Students after they complete their third year are eligible for placements and students starting from their first year can apply for internships.
