Remarks :

Reasons for selecting this college :-- Senior Professors for core subjects are quite knowledgeable- Good for obtaining technical knowledge- Various number of streams available- Good amount of extra curricular activitiesPoor aspects of the college- Less developed infrastructure- Smaller campus area- Lags behind in imparting practical knowledge- Expensive fee structure- Hostel facilities are poorSo if anyone wishes to join this institute, one do not have to worry about teaching, courses and learning as teaching by the professors is quite good. But one must keep in mind that if one is wishing for a flashy college or a huge campus area with modern and latest technologies, you will be disappointed. Also for practical knowledge, you will have to develop the skills yourself.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Courses offered are good. Faculties and teaching is quite good. Professors are Highly qualified for core subjects teaching.Term exams difficulty is moderate, paying attention in classroom is enough for getting good grades in college term exams.University exams are tough.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 120000 per year

Placement Experience :

From sem 7 students become eligible for campus placement. Companies associated with colleges are good. Number of companies visit campus during hiring season but number of students they hire are less. Also for core branches like Mechanical, Civil, Electrical Engineeringthe number of core companies visiting are very less and hiring number of students is also low. Majority of companies visiting are from CS, IT field.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee structure is on higher side. Amount of fees charged and infrastructure development does not match up. Campus is small and development process of campus is on slower side.Few scholarships are provided based on students parents income to provide them assistance in academics.

Campus Life :

Life at campus is really good and friendly. Seniors are quite friendly too. Also large number of extra curricular activities and clubs are operational for students to take part in. Clubs and technical fests are really enjoyable. Also numerous sports activities are active so students interested can easily join sports club.In short campus life is really good.

Curriculum here is appropriate and adequate enough to led on to our life and face the real worlk. Placement Experience:

From 8 semester students are eligible for campus placements. Well-known chemical industries like JB chemicals, Sun Pharma, Ami polymers, Jubilant, Aditya Birla etc. The highest package was about 4.5 lakh for chemical engineering was offered. About 97 percent of students got placed.

Good faculties and nice infrastructure but average placements

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for taking part in job fairs if they feel they have the required knowledge and ability for the job. The highest salary package offered was 1.80 LPA, the lowest salary package offered was 1 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 1.20 LPA. About 40 different companies came and hired students in their respective companies like Wipro, pharmaceuticals, management and different IT companies. After completing my degree I plan to pursue Masters.

Remarks:

SVIT Vasad is one of the most famous colleges located near Vadodara city. Famous for it's placements amd academic records. The college campus is just 05 mins away from Vasad bus depot. It's having highly talented faculties which is I think one of the best feature of this college. Many facilities have completed their post graduation and are doing research in their fields. The college promotes various startups and encourages going for research fields. The college placement cell is connected to many companies and these companies come for placements almost every year. The placements are amazing.
